Crystal Orange Shenzhen Nanshan Science and Technology Park

This was a great stay! The lobby was elegantly decorated, a nice spot for a chat. The room was meticulously cleaned, and the smart controls were very convenient. The bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was good, so we weren't disturbed at night. The front desk staff were polite and attentive, and very efficient. The location is excellent, with easy subway access, a park right across the street, and plenty of dining options nearby. Overall, it's great value for money and highly recommended.

Great value for money, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants downstairs. It's close to many big and small tech companies in Nanshan, making it convenient for getting around. The internet is stable, which is great for remote work.

This was my second stay at Orange Crystal Hotel, and the friendly front desk staff even upgraded our room! We got a spacious room with a great view, had a wonderful night's sleep, and all the travel fatigue just melted away. Excellent service, comfortable bedding, superb soundproofing, and delicious breakfast – Orange Crystal truly delivers on all fronts. I'll definitely be coming back here whenever I visit Shenzhen.

Location: It's in Nanshan Science Park, very close to MixC World and MixC, about 3km away. It's very quiet here at night. The hotel has high-end, minimalist decor, showing excellent quality. Facilities: The whole room is smart-enabled with XiaoDu smart voice control, and the bedding is very comfortable. The room has everything you need. Traveling with kids, laundry is always a headache, but the second floor has a self-service laundry room with convenient wash and dry machines. Plus, staff even help package it up for you to pick up – super convenient! Service: Upon check-in, I signed up for a 99-yuan gold membership, which upgraded my room type and included two days of free kids' breakfast. The buffet breakfast is also plentiful, and they even have fresh honey straight from the comb, which I've never seen before. Overall: It's a 3-star price for a 5-star experience, offering incredible value for money. For future business trips, I'll definitely prioritize Orange Crystal Hotel under Huazhu Group.

Small but perfectly formed. It's clean and hygienic, without the typical musty smell you find in many hotels. The front desk service is excellent, and they even provide amenities for children, which is a thoughtful touch. The gym and laundry room are a big plus. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety, but the taste could use some improvement. I hope they get a perfect score and I see further improvements on my next visit.

The hotel is right next to a shopping area, which is super convenient. All the front desk staff were very attentive and welcoming, with excellent attitudes! When the robots were busy, someone even brought things to our room – I have to commend them for that! 🌟 Overall, it was a great experience, and I'll definitely be back.

Levi, one of the staff members, was incredibly polite and enthusiastic. Seeing that I had children with me, he proactively offered kids' toothbrushes and slippers, and even explained how to use the laundry room. At check-out, he gave my child some snacks. Highly recommended!
