The room environment is good, and the location is excellent, but the service was terrible. I booked this hotel specifically for the airport pick-up service. To my surprise, when I arrived at the airport at 2 AM, I tried contacting the hotel through Trip.com's customer service, but they couldn't make calls (most foreign travelers don't have Chinese phone numbers as they are hard to acquire). I asked customer service to contact the driver for me and have the driver WeChat me the pick-up location. However, the customer service agent didn't respond for a long time, so I had no choice but to take a taxi at my own expense. By the time I arrived at the hotel and even showered, the customer service agent finally read my message. Then, the auntie on duty that night was also speechless. I went downstairs to tell her I couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi and showed her the page that required me to enter my room number and last name for verification. I filled it in, but it kept saying it was incorrect, so I asked her to check if the system had my last name wrong. She didn't even check, just repeatedly said, 'No, it can't be wrong.' I then asked her what to do, suggesting she ask a colleague, but she kept telling me they don't need verification, offering no solution whatsoever. Finally, I had to request to use her phone number to receive a verification code, similar to how airport information desks operate, to successfully connect to the Wi-Fi.

Though small, it has everything you need. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and I always stay here when I'm in town for an exhibition. The subway is also close by.

The room was pretty good, and they offer airport drop-off service. However, since I had a late-night flight, their drop-off service ended at 3 PM. But they do offer airport pick-up. It's also quite close to the subway station, but getting to the city center is a bit inconvenient.

This is a super new hotel near Shenzhen Airport, perfect for an overnight stay. They offer a complimentary airport shuttle service every hour, and there's a subway station right across from the hotel. It's ideal for people like me who have an overnight layover and want to head into the city for some good food. The breakfast spread is quite varied, and they even have tofu pudding, which I absolutely loved! I saw some reviews mentioning poor soundproofing, but I didn't experience any issues with that myself, and there was no airplane noise. Shenzhen's humidity is quite high though, so it would be even better if the air conditioning units could be cleaned!

This is a newly opened hotel, and everything from its cleanliness, environment, facilities, to service was excellent. Our main purpose for staying was to be conveniently located for an early morning flight. Our room faced west, and while it wasn't very hot in October, the air conditioning unit couldn't seem to cool down the small room. The manager checked it and confirmed the AC was functioning normally. Since it was just for one night, we didn't make a fuss.

Clean, organized, and excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel for business trips! It offers great value for money and, most importantly, it's close to the airport and provides shuttle service! The front desk staff was also very patient. Overall, a pleasant experience!
