I paid for my stay on the 23rd, and the hotel told me they couldn't issue the invoice until next month. Ctrip should really vet the overall capabilities of the hotels they feature on their platform. A big thank you to Ctrip for helping me get the invoice from the hotel! I've stayed at this hotel many times, but I'm finally saying goodbye for good!

Seriously, not even a single towel. No towels at all.

I had to catch a high-speed train at 7 AM and didn't realize Shenzhen North Station would be closed overnight, so I booked a room for a couple of hours. At just over 100 [currency], it wasn't expensive, but the room itself was awful. As soon as I opened the door, there was a strong musty smell. It was tiny, had no windows, and the bed linen wasn't clean – I didn't dare use the blanket. There's no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up yourself as the staff won't help. If you're not in a rush, I definitely don't recommend staying here.

Very satisfied. The room was nice, clean, and the service was good too.

Five-star review! The location is super easy to find and incredibly close to the high-speed train station, making it very convenient to get here.
