I book the hotel at the last minute and could not expect more than anything. The room is the no-window room and near to elevator then rather noisy but again with the value and how late I booked it I think it’s already good and more than enough.

Receptionists very attentive and helpful. Very convenient to get here using the airport bus because it is located just behind the terminal. Lots of eateries around the area. Would definitely come back to stay at this hotel the next time in Shenzhen. A good recommendation for all who visit Shenzhen.

Carpets stains in the coridors and in the room. No coffee cafe or restaurants. Lobby area dimly lighted. Room very small.

It's hard to communicate with the staff at the front desk who neither speak Englush nor Cantonese.

Dynasty Hotel was overall pretty good. The 2 loft rooms were cute and well received by my family of 8. The location is good. If you cross the road, there are quite a few eateries and a 2nd floor supermarket about 300 meters away. There were no close convenient stores near. By the eateries is a beauty plaza where you can get a range of beauty and hair treatments. The rooms themselves, although cute, could be improved. There was a small dining table but only 1 chair. For a four person room, we had to rotate who was eating. Also, there were only 2 towels each day. We booked for a family of 4, so this was hard. There was a jug and two mugs but there was only one coffee and tea sachet and two bottles of water. Although these are really minor things, I think if they sell a four person room, they should cater this number of people. Staff were polite and helpful despite the language barrier. Laundry is pay to use. 10 yuan to wash and 20 yuan for 1 hour dryer. This can only be paid for by wechat. One of our rooms TV was not working but as soon as we told them they fixed it. Overall I would recommend this Hotel.
