Great place for a big family. We booked 2 suites for a total of 10 people (6adults and 4 kids). It was great to have space and the 2 bathrooms was convenient. It’s a short walk to the subway station and we just walked to coco park which took around 20 minutes (around 2km). Facilities are a little dated but absolutely fine and clean. There was no smoke smell in the room.

Very nice accommodation with easy access to lively parts of Shenzhen and the immediate surrounding area was nice and tranquil. Staff were all very kind and helpful. The room was large and clean and the beds were comfortable. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Shenzhen.

Extremely satisfied with my stay! The front desk staff were incredibly nice and provided excellent, enthusiastic service. The housekeeping staff were also very diligent. The room had natural gas, a fridge, and a microwave, so we could cook. The location is superb, right off Shennan Avenue, perfect for a comfortable evening stroll. There's also a gym. Very happy, I'll definitely stay here again!

The location was quite remote from the metro so we called for Didi all the way. The staff was nice and efficient. However, the property itself was dated and smell of cigarettes was really bad. Although there was a kitchen, it was not stocked with utensils, plates or cutlery. Air-con was not cold, it felt more like a fan! 🙈

The room was excellent! Our family stayed in a two-bedroom, one-living-room suite, which allowed us to cook our own meals. Housekeeping came to clean every day, and the location was super convenient. The day before, we had a really disappointing experience at another B&B, so we specifically asked the front desk staff to show us the room in advance. The lady at the front desk was incredibly patient and helped us with all our needs. There's an underground parking garage with parking vouchers for entry and exit, and B2 has charging stations. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit!
