CitiGO RESERVE Hotel Shenzhen Qianhai Bao'an Center

First time staying at this hotel and I absolutely loved its design. The breakfast, which is more like a brunch, runs from 7 AM to 12 PM and was really excellent 👍. The room was super comfortable, and from the high floor, you get a fantastic view of OH Bay. I'll definitely be back!

My stay here was excellent. The room was incredibly comfortable, which really improved my sleep quality. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shenzhen and will recommend it to my friends.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in a mall with plenty of restaurants. The service was fantastic, and free parking is included with your stay. They even provide phone stands for drama lovers – how thoughtful! ❤️

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Metro Lines 1 and 5. It's also very convenient to get to nearby shopping malls like Yifangcheng, which offers a wide variety of shops and restaurants. Both the front desk and room service were very professional and enthusiastic.

The hotel location is convenient, just about a 10-minute walk from Uniwalk, and there are plenty of restaurant choices nearby. It's also about a 15-minute walk to OH Bay, where you can enjoy a pleasant stroll along the waterfront and admire the beautiful scenery. The only minor issue was some noise at night, similar to a subway passing by, but it quickly subsided. The hotel thoughtfully provided earplugs in the room, which was a nice touch, and it was manageable.

Bad review! I had to write a review just to get a 2 PM late checkout, otherwise it would be 12 PM, which is completely unacceptable! Don't tell me 'the staff already agreed'—I called at 11:42 AM; if there's a recording, go listen to it yourself. Cons: 1. On the evening of the 16th, there was a huge storm, and the wind noise was really loud. The next morning, I found the window had opened by itself. 2. The place to hang clothes was inconvenient. Other areas for improvement: 1. Only one tissue box in the entire room. 2. On the morning of the 17th, there was no coffee machine in the restaurant. I hope these issues are improved! Especially the checkout time—I've stayed in Shenzhen so many times, and this is the first time I've encountered something like this.
