Andaz Shenzhen Bay certainly lived up to expectations! Great location and very convenient for getting around. Special thanks to Ivye for the exceptional service—she was attentive and responsive the entire time. From reminding me about lounge events and adjusting the evening drink delivery time to my needs, to proactively asking about sleep amenities and arranging a latex pillow for me, communication was effortless and flexible. She even shared fun anecdotes about Max, the lobby dog, and proactively arranged a late check-out for me. Thoughtful and attentive throughout, making for a wonderfully comfortable stay.

This is my third time staying at this hotel. The room hardware is very good. The male front desk staff who checked us in was extremely polite. However, when I asked another female staff member on duty a question, she didn't even look up while speaking to me, and I felt brushed off and treated perfunctorily. The breakfast tasted quite fresh and had a wide variety. I went down a bit late and they were already clearing the buffet. I asked if there were any snacks to tide me over, and the server impatiently told me that breakfast was over, there was no food left, and I should order room service. As a customer, I found this attitude very dismissive and felt uncared for. The mattress was a bit too soft for sleeping at night, so the front desk thoughtfully laid out a floor mattress for me. I slept on the floor and was quite satisfied with it. Housekeeping service was very attentive. I will stay here again in the future, but I am indeed quite unhappy with the service attitude at the front desk and the restaurant. I hope the hotel will make some improvements by the time I visit again.

Absolutely top-notch! The environment is fantastic, and I'll definitely be back. It's much better than that other place in Nanshan. Breakfast is semi-buffet, and the overall service experience was excellent. My last night of the trip left me with a really great impression of Shenzhen.

Opted for a stay at Andaz Shenzhen Bay towards the end of the National Day holiday, and my two-day, one-night trip was full of delightful surprises. The hotel is located in the heart of Houhai, with a tastefully understated design. The guest rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the city views from the window are truly pleasant. A special shout-out to Jason and Mia! Jason helped upgrade my room to one with a sea view, and Mia provided professional and warm service throughout my stay, paying close attention to my needs and making communication effortless and comfortable. Taking a short break here, away from the crowds, was a truly enjoyable holiday experience. I'll definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Shenzhen.

I have to commend Henry, the guest relations intern, for his excellent service during my stay at Andaz Shenzhen Bay! After checking in, I casually asked about good local restaurants nearby. He recommended several, even providing clear directions and addresses. His service was natural and unforced, making me feel very comfortable 👍👍. I also have to mention the cleanliness; it was truly exceptional. The quality of relaxation and sleep I got in one night was far better than spending a whole vacation at a resort. The breakfast restaurant's design and ambiance were also top-notch 🤓.

The hotel's design is simple, modern, and well-thought-out. The lighting in the public areas is soft, and the rooms are relatively quiet. Both the lighting and the spatial atmosphere are well-executed. The room itself is very comfortable to stay in. The bedding and bath amenities have no obvious shortcomings. The view from the window is also good, offering different vibes during the day and night. Coming back in the evening to enjoy the night view is quite relaxing. Overall, it's a hotel well-suited for those visiting Shenzhen for tourism, business, or a weekend stay. While there aren't any exaggerated surprises, everything is quite solid. It's worth mentioning that Candy the butler provided meticulous and attentive service, making for a very pleasant stay. 👌

I highly recommend Andaz Shenzhen Bay! I brought my daughter here for her birthday 🎂🎉, and the experience was absolutely fantastic. I especially want to commend Mia from Guest Relations; her service was incredibly warm and thoughtful. She helped decorate the room for the birthday, surprised us with a small cake, and even assisted with restaurant reservations. She's genuinely welcoming and always thinks of the guests, and my daughter was absolutely thrilled. In addition, the handsome front desk staff were friendly and attentive, and the restaurant servers were very sharp, proactive, and quick to respond. The hotel environment is full of ambiance, and the rooms are comfortable. It was a wonderful birthday stay, and the entire staff, represented by Mia, left a lasting impression. If you're coming to Shenzhen, you can confidently choose this hotel!

The room was very comfortable, and the minibar had an excellent selection. The Byredo toiletries were fantastic. The service was exceptionally good; a big thank you to Ivye for her warm and thoughtful assistance. They even gave me a charming Max luggage tag when I checked out, though I was sad not to see Max this time 🥲. The gym has a limited selection of equipment, which might not be enough for a full strength training workout, but it does have basic dumbbells, cables, and a Smith machine. It would be even better if there were towels or hand towels available in the public restrooms on the first floor. Overall, a perfect stay!

Best location if you want to explore Shenzhen Bay area (MixC and the Park). Is our 3rd time staying at Andaz Shenzhen Bay. Rooms are tight for 2 adults and a child compared to other hotels but fantastic quality of rooms. Best room service, such high quality each time. Very well presented and taste. Also love the breakfast room, great food and service, spacious. Unlike other 5 stars hotels, like a zoo at breakfast. Special thanks to the guest team for making the birthday arrangements, such a surprise. They decorated with balloons, signage and cake. Thank you!! Will love to see the elimination of plastic water bottles in the room. Plenty of space on the bar area for a water dispenser machine instead.

A very comfortable stay. The room designed by Tony Chih has a unique and exquisite feel, with thoughtful details evident in the furniture, fixtures, and bathroom amenities. Shenzhen Bay's overall functional planning is excellent, and the harbor square offers pleasant views. MixC shopping mall is right downstairs. The adjacent Shenzhen Bay Culture and Art Center and the 'Pink Underground' creative street are perfect for an afternoon stroll. This place truly feels worth visiting again and again.

Had such a wonderful stay! Stay here for 6 nights. From the moment I arrived, I received such a warm welcome from Mia, who was incredibly attentive, friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Such a lovely lady. Her excellent service really made me feel at home. The view was absolutely perfect, and I loved the unlimited minibar refills - such a lovely touch! The free-flow wine during happy hour was another highlight. Last but not least, a big thank you to the housekeeping team, who never failed to keep my room spotless and comfortable every day. Will love to visit again and thank you for the cute gift 🎁. Love it

The location offers stunning views; we stayed in a sea-view room overlooking the entire Talent Park. The rainy sea was particularly atmospheric. The breakfast was excellent, with complimentary drinks available all day, and free snacks and desserts served at 5 PM. The service was top-notch, with our butler Mia always available. They even gave the children a Little Prince art book and a plush toy of the celebrity dog MAX, which made the kids incredibly happy and added so much emotional value. Definitely worth revisiting, it offers exceptional value for money and is a prime example of excellent hotel service in China.

Overall, my stay was satisfying. The service was excellent. The room felt a bit smaller than I expected, but the view was nice, and the overall design was good. The breakfast was impressive and definitely worth trying, and the happy hour was also a blast. Our personal butler, Minnie, contacted us in advance and arranged for excellent room service. Next time, I'll probably need to stay in a suite to get that truly relaxing spacious feel.

I wanted to surprise my boyfriend for his birthday, and I'm so glad I chose Andaz! Our personal assistant, Minnie, was incredibly thoughtful and meticulous with all the arrangements, from check-in preparations to everything during our stay. Most of the staff were very polite. I would definitely choose Andaz again!
