Every time I'm on a business trip to Nanshan, I stay at this hotel. The rooms are very comfortable, and any requests are promptly attended to. This time, my colleague and I stayed for two consecutive nights, and we even bought two combs when we checked out because they were so good!

Great room, clean, good views, and stylish design. Excellent value for money and a very convenient location. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in town.

The sunset and night views are absolutely stunning, and my friends and I took so many amazing photos in the room. 2. **Facilities and Hygiene**: The room was spacious and spotless, with no unpleasant odors. The bedding was soft and comfortable. The smart control system was easy to use, and high-end amenities like a Dyson hairdryer and capsule coffee machine were provided. The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom were a great touch. 3. **Service and Location**: The front desk staff were very friendly and proactively introduced us to the hotel's facilities. The hotel is located in the heart of Nanshan, just a few minutes' walk from Yuehaimen Metro Station. Downstairs, there's a wide variety of dining options, perfect for meeting friends and enjoying good food. Our entire experience was impeccable. This is definitely the top choice for a trip with friends, highly recommended!

It was okay. The overall environment was good, but the details in cleanliness weren't really paid attention to. They provided a comfortable cotton pillow, which was a plus – the standard pillows are really uncomfortable, and you can ask the front desk to swap them. In the evening, we requested kids' toothbrushes and slippers, but the lack of breakfast was a bit inconvenient. From the hotel window, you can see logos of many tech companies. It's about 500-800 meters from Yuhaimen and Shenda subway stations, which is decent.

The hotel's environment is quite good, and the Austrian Darbo jam at breakfast is healthy and delicious!

My stay this time was not good. I specifically booked this hotel because the room was advertised to have a coffee machine, but it wasn't clean at all, so I didn't dare to use it. The room layout was also very unreasonable; the bed faced a large window, and there was a mirror right next to the headboard, which made me feel very insecure and uncomfortable sleeping at night. The bed itself was also very low and not comfortable. The hotel's location was also not very convenient. Overall, I felt that the hotel's hygiene details were very poor, and I had a very uncomfortable stay. I do not recommend it.

The hotel's location is super convenient, with Metro Lines 9 and 13 nearby, making it easy to get to all the major attractions and shopping malls. The surroundings are green and leafy, and it's very quiet. The hotel staff are really friendly and the facilities are comprehensive. It offers excellent value for money. Definitely worth staying here.

Arrived at the hotel late at night during Chinese New Year, and the front desk staff upgraded my room. It was incredibly spacious, and the smart toilet was a pleasant surprise! The window view was fantastic, and the location is very convenient, close to Shenzhen Bay Park.

Review (Feb 2026) Room : 👍 So far, very good. It was neat, impeccable, and comfortably spacious. High-end materials, Bose speakers, a Toto Japanese toilet system, and a good shower. Very practical, with plenty of usable space. Breakfast : 📶 It's a pity here, doesn't match the hotel grade expectations. Likely managed by a third party contractor (Chinese style). 80 RMB for an additional adult or 49 RMB for kids (they won’t miss you). Location : ✅ Less than an 8-minute walk to 粤海门 Yue Hai Men Station on Orange Line 13. Or about 10/15mn car ride to Shenzhen Wan boarder or Nanshan malls. No more than 30rmb / 4.5 usd / 4 euros Service : 👌 We could speak mandarin so OK so far, nothing to complain about. Can't say for foreigners guest experience.

The environment is very comfortable, and the service is excellent. It's conveniently located less than 2 kilometers from MixC, offering great value for money. The high-floor views are fantastic and open. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shenzhen.
