The Hardrock hotel has become my home away from home. The rooms are always clean and beautifully decorated, the staff are amazing, specifically Cherie who is so kind and friendly. I look forward to my next stay very soon!

Every time I need a staycation in Shenzhen, Hardrock never disappoints. This time we were lucky to get an upgrade! Superb service, delicious food and a glorious pool.

Buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of choices.
Very nice service.
The hotel helped decorate the room with birthday balloons & offered a birthday cake as a present for my kid’s birthday.
