My stay here was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is super convenient, just a 10-minute walk to the subway station. The room was spotless, and the bedding was so soft and comfy I never wanted to get out of bed – I slept like a log. It’s also right next to a shopping mall, making transportation a breeze. Being on a higher floor meant a great view. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The room itself was clean and well-organized with a sensible layout. The service was warm and attentive, and they even offered a laundry service, which was a thoughtful touch.

I highly recommend this excellent hotel. The rooms are very spacious, and the bathroom has a great wet/dry separation. The facilities and amenities are well-equipped, and the bedding is incredibly soft and comfortable. The soundproofing in the upstairs rooms is excellent, allowing for a very peaceful and sound sleep at night. They also have a breakfast restaurant on the second floor with a rich variety of options. Overall, it's great value for money. Highly recommended!

It's conveniently located near the subway station in Bao'an Center, making travel very easy. It only takes about 20 minutes to get there from the airport by taxi, and the front desk staff were very friendly. I would definitely come back again; it's highly recommended and excellent.

There's a parking lot right at the entrance, making parking and getting around super easy. The room's bathroom has a wet and dry separation, and the cleanliness was excellent. The bedding and pillows were very comfortable, and there's also a desk for work. The complimentary laundry and drying service is a thoughtful touch, and they even help with washing, drying, and ironing clothes. The location is incredibly convenient, very close to the subway station, and with its own parking lot. There are plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. Overall, a very comfortable stay.

The room is very clean. I've been staying here for many days, and it's still spotless. The room is tidy, neat, and hygienic. Even the bedside tables are clean, with no stains or strange odors. The bathroom has a dry/wet separation, no water stains, and the toilet is automatic flush, which is really great. The attention to detail is excellent. Besides that, the other facilities in the room are also very thoughtful. There are disposable toiletries, all very clean and hygienic. The lighting is adjustable, and there are plenty of outlets, plus a free charger.

Traveling from out of town to Shenzhen, I called the front desk in advance, and their service was exceptional. They patiently answered all my questions, no matter how many. The room was clean, comfortable, and very spacious with a great view. They even upgraded my room and offered free laundry service. The breakfast was rich and delicious. The cleaning staff (Ayi) did a fantastic job tidying up for my extended stay, and they neatly organized all the toiletries! The bathroom had a great dry/wet separation. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Shenzhen!

Seriously, this hotel is a lifesaver! It's super close to the airport, making transportation incredibly convenient. No need to wake up early to rush for my flight; I could sleep in and still make it with plenty of time. The hotel facilities are excellent, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the bedding is so soft and cozy – once you lie down, you won't want to get up. I have to highlight two amazing extras: first, there's live Guzheng (Chinese zither) music in the lobby, which is so soothing and relaxing while you unwind. Second, the complimentary laundry and pressing service was an absolute godsend. My business clothes were all wrinkled from travel, and they came back perfectly pressed the next day. The breakfast buffet also offers a wide variety, so you can fill up and kickstart your day. The value for money here is outstanding. I'll definitely be staying here again next time!

The room was spacious and offered great value for money. The hotel also has a parking lot, which is very convenient for self-driving travelers as you don't have to worry about parking. The location is excellent. The hot water supply was plentiful, which is a huge comfort after a long day in a place with unpredictable weather. Spacious rooms, good hot water, comfortable bedding, and plenty of dining options nearby. Highly recommended for those catching early flights as it's very close to the airport.

The hotel's location is super easy to find, right next to Bao'an Avenue and near the Grand Qianli shopping mall. The hotel's decor is very unique, with an antique charm that feels quite upscale. Check-in was also handled very warmly, and they offer various teas, including health-boosting teas, all complimentary and featuring Guangdong specialties. The guzheng teacher's performance was also fantastic. Everyone should come and check it out; I had a very satisfying experience. I'll definitely be back next time, it was excellent, highly recommend!

Very nice and clean hotel, staff are all very accomodating and helpful with regards to any request. Welcome drinks/tea are immeadiatly provided once entered the hotel lobby and hotel lobby has zither performance in the hotel lobby almost everyday. Basic and delicious breakfast are provided in the hotel daily. Local food, porridge and noodles station are available with a small variety of pastries. Laundry room is avaliable in the hotel,best part is that laundry services are provided once requested without any other additional charges. There is a gym that is equipped with equipment like treadmill,swiss ball, dumbells up to 25kg and 2 bicycles.

The hotel room was great, and the service was exceptional! They were so thoughtful, proactively helping with our luggage and even offering recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. They patiently helped us plan out many routes. The lobby offers complimentary floral and fruit teas; the Chaozhou old orange peel tea was particularly good. The hotel is conveniently located near Uniwalk Qianhai and Uniwalk Xixiang shopping malls. There are also many small shops and eateries around Pingzhou subway station, making getting around very easy. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, always greeting us warmly.
