Ni Hao Hotel (Shenzhen North Railway Station)

This was the only chain hotel I could find near the high-speed train station, and I felt very secure staying here. The room was spacious and clean. The front desk staff was incredibly patient and kind; she was able to accommodate my request for a quiet room and helped me get settled in comfortably. I had a very pleasant stay!

The transportation is very convenient, the hygiene is clean and tidy, and the housekeeping staff are also very friendly. It offers great value for money!

The room was really spacious, and the hotel is super close to the station, just about a ten-minute walk. The lobby also had a very fresh feel to it. For deliveries, a robot brings your takeout right to your room, which is incredibly convenient. Plus, there's a washing machine available for free use.

For this family trip, we chose two different Nihao Hotels, and both were great. This particular Nihao Hotel in Shenzhen isn't too far from the high-speed rail station, but it's still a bit of a walk to get there.

A bit disappointed this time. I've stayed at Hello Hotels in other cities before, and this one fell short. The hotel's cleanliness needs improvement, and breakfast is a simple affair provided by a partnering restaurant next door.

The hotel's service quality is excellent, and its location is super convenient, just about a 10-minute walk from Shenzhen North Station. The room's soundproofing is great, and it's spotlessly clean. The front desk staff are very professional, and all the facilities and services are well-appointed. Laundry facilities are very convenient, and the overall environment is tidy. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Shenzhen.
