Facilities: The hotel TV doesn't support screen mirroring, but the separate wet/dry bathroom, desk setup, and automated curtain and lighting controls are all excellent. Hygiene: Clean and reassuring. Environment: Quiet and comfortable. Service: Friendly and very attentive.

Saw some great reviews online for this hotel and decided to check it out. Glad I did! Fanny at the front desk was super friendly and even upgraded us to a suite. The room had good soundproofing, was spacious and clean, and the AC temperature control worked perfectly. Most importantly, the shower had excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water! My friend and I were both very happy with our stay.

The location is very convenient for getting to various shopping malls in Qianhai, and the staff are very enthusiastic.

There's a lot to praise in this review! First off, the staff member Huang Yueping (hope I got the name right!) gave us so many thoughtful and helpful tips. Especially with the hot weather, she even offered us extra water and proactively asked if we had any special requests. Everything in the room was perfectly organized. Also, the cork of a bottle of red wine we bought broke inside. We asked the staff member Shang Shuangling for help, and he tirelessly went back and forth three times, trying different tools to rescue it – truly commendable! After check-out, Jacky Liu Tao, who handled our luggage storage, was also very meticulous and friendly. We didn't get to meet the manager, Grace, this time, but she had everything perfectly arranged before our stay, making us feel incredibly happy and satisfied with our accommodation! Our loyalty to Junpu Weiyuan is through the roof! On a side note, I finally made it to Muma Cafe on the fourth floor this time (the hotel sign shows 'Xingpu/Weiba'). I enjoyed a coffee and had a good sit-down. The cafe is very spacious and beautiful, with plenty of seating and a quiet atmosphere. It's definitely a great spot to look out at the Wei River, handle some personal matters, and reflect. Since there are clear signs prohibiting photos and videos, I don't have any pictures to share, but I definitely recommend going there to unwind.

I was in Shenzhen for a business trip, and this hotel was the closest one. The room was very clean and tidy. The hotel's location is excellent, right outside Exit D of Liyumen Metro Station. The front desk staff were very friendly and provided great service.

I had a wonderful stay at Genpla Hotel. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was convenient for exploring the city, with easy access to transportation, dining, and attractions. Overall, it offered excellent value and I would gladly stay here again.

Great location, right by the subway exit. It's also super close to Qianhai MixC Mall, just a 5-6 minute walk away. The rooms are simple and clean. The cleaning staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast wasn't high-end, but there was a good variety, and the restaurant itself was spacious and comfortable.

It's been a year since I last came to Shenzhen for a business trip, and Poppy still remembered me, my preferred floor, and even had the AC turned on in my room before I arrived. They also provided my favorite buckwheat pillow. Honestly, feeling so remembered makes this place feel less like a hotel and more like a second home when I'm away. The service is incredibly thoughtful, the environment is great, it's clean, and the location is super convenient, being so close to a shopping mall. The breakfast offers a good variety, and for fitness enthusiasts, the 24-hour gym is a huge plus. This hotel is definitely my top choice whenever I'm in Shenzhen.

A very tasteful hotel, truly deserving of its name 'Academy'. The rooms also have many books, and the hotel is very clean and well-located. You can catch the subway right outside, and across the street at Youth Factory, there's a free smart driving cultural tourism bus to Shekou 🚌. I must commend the hotel's service. They added breakfast for the child traveling with us (the breakfast, a mix of Western and Chinese styles, was of good quality). When we checked out, we couldn't find one of our room cards, and the front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic in helping us! We'll definitely be back next time!

The hotel room is spacious and clean, right next to a subway station, making it super convenient for getting around. They also have underground parking. The 4th floor has a lounge area. Overall, everything was great.
