Originally not my first choice. No rooms on Trip, so we booked here. Surprisingly quiet, lots of food downstairs. Not very close to the subway, but taxi call was easy. Clean, comfortable stay.

The altitude of the front desk was not friendly. They called me to check my arrival, and claimed that all the rooms were reserved so they weren’t be able to refund. I think it was apparently no need to urge me or emphasize their high-demanding rooms. For the room itself, I’d rank it at the lowest level in its price range. Even no better than the economical hotels like Nihao. The room was large but the bathroom and sink were compact. I won’t consider this hotel for my next trip. The quality variance of Atour is drastic…

Good location. Fantastic staff, laundry was free of charge - thank you guys! Their delivery robot is cute and funny, hi five to him :). Don’t expect the exterior of the hotel is similar to photos- in reality is less attractive. The inner space is very good. We got a period where there was a road construction- lots of noise and vibration. Just keep in mind if you are visiting in August and (perhaps ) September. In general is great.

I booked this hotel for a visiting professor from our company, and honestly, it was ridiculous. The individually wrapped cotton swabs were already torn open, clearly used by someone else. The price wasn't cheap, and the ratings were quite high, so how could something like this happen? The location is conviene with lots of good restaurants downstairs.  Room is clean but the window cannot be fully locked so you can heard the traffic sometimes.  Also they do not send up the food delivery and you will have to go down to pick up yourself.
