Breakfast provides a lovely vista of the city and sea, and the quality is quite good. Overall, it met my expectations and is highly recommended.

I've stayed here many times. I booked a room, and the front desk said it had no windows. They offered a free upgrade, but then mentioned the upgraded room had a beam overhead and a small window with no city view. I looked at the room and said it was fine, but then they told me it was the last available room in the whole hotel. I checked Ctrip and saw other rooms of that type were still available. They then said those rooms weren't cleaned yet, and it was 5 PM! A room not cleaned by 5 PM? If you don't want to offer a free upgrade, why promise it? Just tell me to modify my booking. And then I had to wait half an hour in the lobby for your mistake to be cleaned? Is this really a Hyatt property?

Facilities: The elevators took a long time to arrive and were unstable and shaky, causing ear pressure and dizziness after exiting. The hotel shares an elevator with an office building, leading to a mix of people. Room: Upon entering, there was an unpleasant, foul odor whose source was unknown. There were cracks in the walls, raising safety concerns for a room on the 40+ floor. The room was in an indented position with a strange layout, and buildings on both sides blocked the view, leaving little to see outside the window. There was significant noise within the room, making it a bit loud. Value for money: To get a good view or a comfortable room type, you have to book the most expensive room. At that price point, it would be better to choose a traditional five-star hotel. This hotel doesn't even have a drop-off area, making it inconvenient to go out on rainy days. Overall, its positioning is strange, and the value for money is extremely average.

Coming from Futian Port, staying here is incredibly convenient. The hotel is located on a very high floor, offering excellent views. The only downside is the lack of a swimming pool, otherwise, it's all positives. The breakfast, served on the top floor with panoramic views of Shenzhen Bay and the city, is particularly noteworthy. It was a great experience.
