Response from Property: Your statement, "Hotel is food," is like a ray of light, instantly illuminating the most important aspect of our daily routine—breakfast. Breakfast, which should be the most comforting warmth in the morning light, has instead made you only remember the word "food," without tasting its temperature, smelling its aroma, or feeling the sincerity that should have been offered to you. We meticulously reviewed every food preparation process, the frequency of temperature checks on the warming equipment, the staff's positioning, and the response time to replenish meals. We discovered that there were indeed temperature fluctuations at the steaming area and hot food station during the 8 am peak hours. This is absolutely not an excuse for "good enough," but rather a failure to uphold our promise of a "warm breakfast."
