The rooms were clean and quiet. It's a split-level apartment with three rooms, a bit compact, but perfect for a family of six. I'd consider staying here again next time.

Three friends with their kids came to Shenzhen for a visit, and since my place couldn't accommodate everyone, we found this apartment. It's a simple, clean, and hygienic three-bedroom, one-living room duplex. The kids absolutely loved the split-level design, running up and down with immense excitement. It’s perfect for gatherings with young friends or family, where you can order some BBQ and enjoy a few drinks while chatting about life after the kids are asleep – very relaxing. The only downside is that the railings in the two upstairs bedrooms are quite low. I was really worried the kids might fall when playing, so I hope the owner can improve this or add some protective measures. Overall, I'm very satisfied, and I'd choose this place again next time friends visit. It's conveniently located near the subway station and the famous Bagualing Food Street, which offers all kinds of cuisine from around the country – super convenient.

The biggest problem with this apartment is how it has misrepresented itself. The pictures on the website does not match the actual conditions at all. The rooms are in a industrial/office building and no proper instructions on how to reach the place. The front desk person was dressed in t shirt, and slippers. Totally unprofessional. The corridor for the room smelt of cigarette smoke. The main door was very creaky. The interior of the room was not clean, and the toilet was very small. I have never been in a hotel which provides disposable bath towels. Overall, I do not recommend this place at all, because the price is not cheap, and the location is not fantastic.

The location is absolutely unbeatable! It's right next to the subway station, which is a lifesaver for someone like me who's terrible with directions. Plus, just across the street, there are tons of restaurants offering cuisines from all over. That Yellow Braised Chicken place in particular has a flavor I've never tasted anywhere else – highly recommended by this foodie! 👍

We felt abit cheated because the room did not look/feel like what was shown in the photos. Actual room is not as well furnished and much older. Photo shows the corridor leading to the room. Always covered in smoke due to neighbors smoking in their houses. Ppl cook with their doors open. Only one-time-use disposable towels that were so thin. Room supposed to have chess board but when asked they said someone borrowed it alr. They did lend us other games. Pros: able to deliver parcels/food directly to the door. Convenient to take didi everywhere. Abt 10min walk to Bagualing 1st street where there’s a row of restaurants. Was asked to give a 5star review in return for late checkout but we turned it down.
