The location is beside the Harbour. You will have a good walk outside and have the sea breeze right in front of you The rooms are well cleaned and comfortable. I had the city view room. It’s perfect for me because of its spacious interior, its white décor and the linens are fresh. The staff clean the room everyday. So I am so happy to return after y trip to the beach. One recommendation for the staff is to have better relationships with foreign travelers. I didn’t get attention from the female staff member at the front desk. She kept on gossiping behind my back when I walked in the main hall. I will not return to the hotel became of that staff. All others treated me with fairness. They were the only reason I gave a good review.

However, it's often crowded, not a private beach, and lacks any water sports or activities. It's also right next to the Outlet Village, accessible in just 2-3 minutes via a bridge, which is a great perk for shopping enthusiasts. 🏨 **Arrival and Reception:** The hotel entrance is beautiful and modern, making a great first impression. Upon arrival, the reception area was busy, and unfortunately, we had to carry most of our luggage ourselves. Only one small bag was assisted, while we pushed the rest of our suitcases up to our rooms. We had booked two rooms and were kindly upgraded to a pool-view room for one of them, while the other remained a mountain view as booked. To be honest, the pool-view room was smaller than the original room we had reserved. 🛏️ **Room:** The room was modern, elegant, and high-tech, with everything looking brand new. The toilet (excuse the description) was smart, and the hotel provided a Dyson hairdryer and special, high-quality outdoor slippers. Our room was approximately 50 square meters, making it spacious and comfortable, with two air conditioners providing excellent cooling throughout our stay. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable, ensuring a peaceful sleep. Sound insulation within the room was excellent, and the integrated sound system with the projector/TV was fantastic with great quality. However, when walking through the corridors, you could hear TVs from some rooms. 🧹 **Cleanliness and Service:** Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment was on the last night after the typhoon. During room cleaning, they only cleaned the balcony and emptied the trash, while the room floor remained wet, the bed wasn't made, bathroom tissues weren't replaced, towels weren't changed, and basic amenities weren't refilled. Overall, the service didn't feel like that of a five-star hotel. Most staff members were either busy on their phones or rushing around the restaurant unprofessionally. One surprising incident was when I went for breakfast about 45 minutes before closing, and when I asked for boiled eggs, I was told they weren't available, even though there was still plenty of time before the buffet ended. On the other hand, I'd like to thank the receptionist who checked us in; he spoke fluent English and was very helpful. I also appreciate the staff member responsible for the WeChat service, who was very quick to respond to all our inquiries throughout our stay. 🍽️ **Breakfast:** We stayed for 5 days, and the breakfast was the same every day with no notable variety. For us as Muslims, the options were very limited, mostly consisting of toast, eggs, and fruits. I hope they add more options suitable for international guests. 💡 **Facilities:** * Curtains and lighting are electronically controlled. * There's a robot for room service deliveries, which was a nice touch. * Customer service via WeChat is very quick to respond. * Upon check-in, we received free vouchers for Wish Tower entry, as well as mini-bar drinks. * The pool operates from 2 PM to 10 PM. I think the opening time is too late, especially for those who want to swim in the morning. * The pool is about 120 meters long, with a lifeguard present at all times. * Pool towels are not provided at the pool area; you have to bring them from your room, which I found surprising for a five-star hotel. * There's a small but functional gym. * The pool view is more vibrant and appealing than the mountain view. 📶 **Wi-Fi:** The internet speed was moderate, sufficient for daily use, but not the best. 🛗 **Elevators:** There are only two elevators, but during our stay, the waiting time wasn't long. 🚿 **Bathroom:** The toilet has a heated seat feature but lacks an electronic bidet, which I would have expected in a hotel of this caliber. 👕 **Services:** There's no iron in the room. Instead, there's a laundry room with a steam iron available for use. Frankly, I was surprised that room ironing service wasn't available, especially for a five-star hotel. 🌪️ **During the Typhoon:** Our stay coincided with a typhoon, and the winds were extremely strong, making the balcony door shake frighteningly. Credit to the hotel for securing the pool area and closing it to prevent items from flying around. However, guests were unfortunately not informed of any instructions or warnings; we discovered this ourselves. I would have appreciated a message or notice to reassure guests and explain safety procedures.

The front desk service was excellent, and our room was upgraded to an executive room. The biggest selling point is the high-floor sea view; the floor-to-ceiling windows offer a breathtaking panorama of mountains meeting the sea. Downstairs, there's a shopping mall, making dining and shopping very convenient. We could also walk to the seaside promenade. The room was spacious, breakfast had a rich variety, and the service was top-notch. It's perfect for a relaxing weekend in Yantian. If you're looking for a quiet getaway, this is the place.

We booked a family suite for our family trip, which included four breakfasts. Upon arrival, the front desk kindly upgraded us to a sea-view room. From the room, we had a panoramic view of the yacht club and the ocean – the scenery was absolutely stunning. The hotel rooms aren't directly on the private beach, but there's a scheduled shuttle bus that runs every 30 minutes. It's only a 3-minute ride to the private beach, which is very convenient. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were extended until 10 AM, which is especially great for families who enjoy a leisurely meal or sleeping in. The staff were very helpful, and overall, we had a fantastic resort experience. I highly recommend it for family trips.

This time I went to Shenzhen to hike Wutong Mountain, so I booked this place! The value for money is great. I booked a duplex sea view suite with a fantastic view from the window. It has a living room and two bedrooms, with bathrooms and showers both upstairs and downstairs! The service was also excellent. They messaged me early on WeChat with instructions on how to enter the car park, where to park, and how to get up to the room. A special shout-out to front desk agent 007, who was super responsive to all my requests. I asked for an extra pillow and it was delivered right away!

This is an older hotel in Yantian District. The hotel's laundry room and gym facilities are well-equipped. The front desk staff, Xiao Ting, provided very thoughtful service and proactively upgraded me to an executive floor room. The king-size bed was very comfortable, and the natural light and view were excellent, creating a great ambiance. The only minor drawback was a slight obstruction in the view, but it didn't detract from the overall positive impression. I'll definitely consider bringing my family here next time~

Such an amazing hotel for the price, clean and nice. the location is good but not for swimming, Dameisha beach was about 10minutes away, so it worth to stay here for sure👌👌

Our family had a weekend getaway to Dameisha Beach, and our stay exceeded expectations! The hotel facilities were brand new, and the dedicated children's play area allowed the kids to play freely and burn off energy. The beach was within walking distance, and it wasn't far from the subway, offering flexible transportation options. Free parking was a huge relief, eliminating the hassle of finding a spot, and the self-service laundry room was very convenient for washing wet clothes after playing in the sea. There's also a gym, so adults can work out if they have time. The overall atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing, making it perfect for families with young children on a short vacation. We even got a free upgrade at the front desk when we arrived late, which made the experience even better. Excellent value for money!
