There are so many people at the May Day tourist attractions, and it is a bit difficult to book a hotel. This hotel is close to the subway station, which is very convenient to go anywhere. The room is very clean and the facilities are good. I recommend it.

To be honest, this Vienna is really worth it! Going out is the subway station, whether it is to go to Shenzhen North Station to catch the high-speed rail, or to the airport by plane, half an hour by car, too friendly to the car party. The front desk lady was super nice, called in advance to confirm the order, and took the initiative to leave a quiet room. Any questions were patiently answered, not perfunctory. The room was clean, the bedding was very comfortable to touch, the bathroom had no smell, the hot water came quickly, the water pressure was sufficient, and it was cool to take a hot bath.

All the hotel facilities were well-maintained. The elevators ran smoothly, and the public areas were very clean. Check-out was just as efficient and quick, with no unnecessary waiting. The value for money is truly outstanding. I've already recommended it to my friends and will definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit. It's worth coming back for endlessly!

The room I stayed does not have a minibar refrigarator and that is something to consider before booking. I can't get my drinks chilled so that is a minus. Breakfast was good, many selection. Maybe should have some halal food as well in your breakfast buffet selection. Also, a toilet bidet at the toilet. In summary, everything else was okay for me, not great but not too poor as well. May consider next time I come by.

The front desk service this time was excellent; they promptly addressed our needs by adjusting the room type and were transparent about any potential drawbacks, such as whether we minded a small room or being near the elevator. When I arrived at the hotel, there were two staff members at the front desk. One was attending to the previous guest, while the other was doing nothing, head down and ignoring everyone. When it was my turn, other guests came to get something, but the other staff member remained unmoved. After checking in, I wanted to store my luggage, but the staff member who had served me was already attending to the next guest. I wondered if the other staff member was just there for show, or if they treated the guests like they didn't exist? When I returned to my room that evening, it smelled strongly of smoke. I called the front desk, and they quickly changed our room and asked the floor staff to open the door for me, but I had to go downstairs to get my room key myself. Even though smoking is prohibited, why is there an ashtray in the room?
