XiangJiaoSu properties in Shenzhen

Convenient location. Clean room with comfortable bed. Bath bomb was provided for bath tub. Has nice large projection TV. Balloons were placed into our room for our celebratory occasion. The down side was we could hear the sound from the TV of the room next door, but that stopped around 12:30am. Reception allowed us late check out at 14:00.

The service of the guy at the front desk was very good. This hotel seems to be a favorite of many young people. The room facilities and decoration style are pretty good, but there happened to be a network problem. I was a little angry at first, so I asked the front desk, and the problem was immediately checked. Although it took some time, the result was not bad. They also delayed my check-out. It was not bad. Support and recommend

Stayed for three nights. The location is very close to Shangmeilin Metro Station, which was convenient. However, on the first day, it was a bit tricky to find the hotel entrance. Fortunately, the staff were patient and guided us via WeChat. They also offer free luggage storage, we were able to store our bags for two nights while we visited Macau and picked them up afterward. The staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay.

This hotel offers a secluded, resort-like feel right in the city. The lobby doubles as a co-working cafe, and the starlit hallway creates a fantastic ambiance. It's just a 6-minute walk from Fanshen Subway Station, making it super convenient for business travelers. **Facilities:** The 100-inch giant screen projector is sharp and clear, complete with streaming service subscriptions. The entire room features smart voice control. Plus, bathtub rooms even come with bath salts – they really pay attention to the details! **Service:** The young team is enthusiastic and attentive. Check-in is fast, they proactively help with luggage, and there's 24-hour self-service laundry and drying. A perfect experience for a business trip. **Cleanliness:** The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, the room is spotless, and daily cleaning is meticulous. Successfully checked in!

The location is very convenient like alot of food/hair cut/shops etc nearby. Using ******* for delivery is also very convenient,.send right to your room door. Buying parcels from taobao etc can send to the hotel too, as the receptionist will help to put ur package at the side. The receptionist is also very helpful to assist with anything like In super speed. They also allowed us to check out late when we requested. The rooms were also comfortable. Overall the experience is good.

This hotel is on main road but difficult to find as no board but best part is under your hotel there is McDonald and nearby shenzhen north railway station very neat and clean and for entertainment they have mounted projector in your room so you can enjoy your trip in your spare time. The best thing about this hotel have very good laundry system you can do laundry so if you are in china for more then week and want to wash your cloth then this place solves your problem in minutes as after cleaning their dryer was too good that after drying your cloth you can simply put into your bag. If you are Muslim and looking for halal food in asian cuisine I don’t recommend you this location you must have to stay in shenzhen central futian where you can find easily two to three restaurants.

The room was spacious and offered great value for money. The decor was luxurious and stylish, with floor-to-ceiling windows that were perfect for photos. It was also very clean, not at all as bad as some reviews suggested. The service was excellent. I even saw a Hong Kong guest giving the front desk a hard time over a very minor issue during check-in; the staff handled it well, they really do work hard. Overall, we were very satisfied and will definitely come again. For this price, the value is truly exceptional.
