It's undeniable that the building is dilapidated, but the scenery from the window is wonderful from every room, the hot spring water is smooth and comfortable, you can choose from various types of shampoo, soap for babies, crib, diaper disposal. I felt that they were thinking about their customers, such as the trash cans being provided. I think it's still a tough situation due to the corona wreck, but I'll do my best to overcome it, and I'd like to stay again next time I come to Ikaho.

On weekdays, both meals are served in the room, but it is an inn in Ikaho Onsen that costs from 9800 yen. The front desk seemed businesslike. Because I waited for quite a while, I settled in advance at the time of check-out. The Japanese-style room is okay, and the Wi-Fi is connected. There was no open-air bath in the hot spring, and it was the silver hot water of Ikaho Onsen, which has two types. Nice hot water. The public bath is quite large, and there was a shampoo bar in the women's bath, so I tried using a shampoo treatment that I had never used before. In addition, in the bathroom, the hot water flow is better in the shower with a round head. Dinner was served in the room from 18:30, but it was close to 19:00 when the meal was brought. I was about to call her, but my mate said she must be busy, so I waited patiently. Dinner was all served in one huge tray, with rice, miso soup and dessert. I ate early, so I thought it might not be enough, but I was full. Joshu beef shabu-shabu was very delicious. I was told that they would come to clean up the futon 30 minutes before breakfast, but it didn't come for a long time. However, after breakfast, she didn't come to clean up the dishes, and even when she returned from the bath after breakfast, she complained that the room smelled of food. I called, "Excuse me. I want to change clothes, so please clean up." In this case, it might have been better to have breakfast at the venue. It was a weekend stay, so it may have been particularly busy.
