曾經對選喆啡一直評價很高，這次來的體驗感極差，從入住服務枱説預訂的房間沒有外窗，在要求看房間的時候又給調換一個帶窗户的房間，就這樣也沒有計較太多，到房間後吃點水果洗漱睡覺，我跟孩子説有吃剩下的東西不能有蟑螂吧，孩子説怎麼可能，由於當時入住是晚上，燈光很暗，沒太注意屋內衞生，早上起來真是着實嚇一跳，趕緊退房了，本來想跟前台溝通，想想算了，這個酒店再也不會來了

第一次給差評，住的最差的酒店沒有之一，小孩的拖鞋洗簌用具，要一樣給一樣，服務意識太差，到房間給前台要一床被子，説沒有的，説是滿房了，我在訂房平台看了一下，什麼的房型都有，都可以預訂，滿房的説辭有點牽強，再説一下房間的設施，洗臉池的水龍頭，洗臉的時候會往外面濺水，淋浴的噴頭壓力很大，水沖到身上濺的到處都是，洗臉池和淋浴下水都有問題積水嚴重
