The hotel service was absolutely wonderful! The staff were professional and kind, making the service experience excellent. They patiently answered all questions without any hint of impatience, and even helped us with a late check-out. Issues were resolved very quickly, and we received complimentary welcome fruit. The facilities are very new and don't feel old-fashioned; they're the best among hotels in the same price range. I highly recommend experiencing Wuzhou! The guest rooms are spacious with fantastic views from the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, and luxury amenities like a Dyson hairdryer and a scenic bathtub are all included. The breakfast selection is rich, and the local Ban Mian noodles taste authentic. Service response is very fast, and the robot delivery is super convenient. The environment is quiet and upscale, offering much better value for money than other hotels in the same price bracket – highly recommended! The ceiling-to-sky heated swimming pool is the biggest highlight! The water is clear and clean, the space is open, and the temperature is just right. It's free for guests, making it incredibly relaxing and great for photos.

The experience at Ximei Wuzhou Hotel was fantastic! You can swim for free, and the evening turndown service provided by the staff was incredibly warm, including fresh fruit, yogurt, L'Occitane toiletries, as well as snacks and plush toys for children. The attention to detail is heartwarming, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

The Ximei Wuzhou Hotel is truly excellent. The environment is great, and it's clean and hygienic. The room service is thoughtful and attentive. In the evening, they provided yogurt, fresh fruit, and exquisite handmade soap as turn-down service. It was a comfortable and pleasant stay, and the experience was very good.

Whenever I travel for business, I usually stay at Ximei. It's right across from a lively street full of restaurants. My only minor complaint is that some of the rooms are a bit small, but otherwise, everything is great.

Even after ten years, the bedding is still incredibly comfortable, the furniture is meticulously maintained, and the service is absolutely outstanding. Every staff member greets you with a smile, and the room service makes you feel right at home. I will definitely keep choosing this hotel in the future.

The room was very clean. The front desk staff were all lovely and very helpful. Not every room has a bathtub, but when I contacted the front desk, they quickly moved me to a room that did. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

Housekeeping staff member Chang Jie is incredibly responsible and meticulous; she deserves full marks! The infinity pool is also fantastic. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shijiazhuang.

The service here was a bit of a letdown. While the facilities were actually better than the InterContinental I stayed at a couple of days ago, the service didn't quite measure up. I booked connecting rooms with king beds, just like before, but when I called ahead, they made all sorts of excuses about not being able to arrange adjoining rooms. The staff's communication skills definitely need improvement. Then, at check-in, they started talking about whether our room was facing the street or not, even though our suite clearly was. High-floor rooms facing the street are bound to be noisy at night, so I'm not sure what the staff was getting at. The biggest rip-off was the breakfast. For such an average buffet, they still charged extra for children, and rooms including breakfast were hundreds more – definitely not worth it. I strongly advise against booking a room with breakfast. I thought the InterContinental's breakfast was bad, but at least they had a wider selection of pastries. Here, the breakfast was barely on par with a budget hotel; it was so bad I almost wanted to complain. The score reflects the facilities, not the breakfast – what a scam! On a positive note, I want to specifically commend the housekeeping department. The housekeeping staff were all incredibly dedicated and conscientious. We only stayed one night and left early the next morning, but the housekeeping attendant patiently kept asking if we needed anything. Thumbs up to them!

The room was clean, tidy, and very spacious, with large floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides, offering a beautiful night view. The service was warm and attentive; they even provided free yogurt in the evening and a little gift🎁 for the kids. Plus, they'll deliver takeout to your room, which is super convenient. Had a very satisfying stay over the May Day holiday. The bed was large and perfectly comfortable – not too soft, not too hard. There was a bathtub, which was great for a soak. The toiletries and towels were all excellent. The room attendant provided warm and enthusiastic service, and our takeaways were delivered to the room by a robot. Thumbs up! 👍

Not bad, not bad, very good! I was originally planning to book the Hilton, but this place really exceeded my expectations. The only thing is the restaurant on the 27th floor was just so-so and overpriced. The high price wasn't the main issue, but the food itself was pretty average, not even as good as a small noodle shop outside.
