My stay here far exceeded my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I could feel the staff's perfect blend of warmth and professionalism. The check-in process was quick and smooth. The front desk staff patiently answered all my questions about local transportation and breakfast times, and even offered some thoughtful and practical tips for exploring the area. The room's cleanliness was impeccable. The bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin, and the adjustable lighting design was thoughtful and user-friendly. Just relaxing on the small sofa by the window was enough to shed the day's fatigue. The bathroom facilities were clean and functional, with a stable hot water supply, and the complimentary toiletries had a fresh, pleasant scent that wasn't overpowering. The breakfast selection was rich and varied; both the Chinese hot porridge and pastries, and the refreshing light meals were fresh and delicious. The surrounding transportation is convenient, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. Overall, it offers great value for money. The next time I visit this city, I will definitely choose this hotel again and will not hesitate to recommend it to friends planning a trip here.

The hotel is close to the residential complex, so I chose it for a relative. However, the surroundings were disappointing, and the front desk service was unusually rigid, suggesting they hadn't received any pre-job training. The elevators and hallways felt cluttered.

The hygiene is not good, there are stains on the sheets, the smell of air cleaner in the room is too strong, there are no windows and you can't open them for ventilation. I lay down all night and woke up with a headache the next day. Is the hygiene of hotels in Shijiazhuang so bad now?

Bad review, awful. I checked into the hotel on April 2nd. There were mosquitoes in the room that night. I called the front desk to ask for mosquito coils, but they didn't have any. I was moved to the next room. The windows wouldn't close, so why weren't there any insects flying into the room? The security guy who moved me that night said they'd collect my belongings tomorrow. I didn't realize it was already past 6:00 AM, but they asked me to collect my belongings early in the morning, saying they were cleaning the room. I didn't get a good night's rest. The most unpleasant service ever.
