I rarely actively review hotels, but this one truly surprised me. Even during the May Day holiday, the prices didn't go up. The room was incredibly spacious, and the decor was very new. For this price, you'd easily pay double for similar facilities in East China.

The room has a duplex layout, and the small living room is very comfortable. The TV screen mirroring and smart devices all worked great! The room was very clean, the environment was quiet, the front desk service was warm and friendly, and the facilities were new. It was a great experience for a couple's getaway, highly recommended! ✨

The hotel room was a duplex, which my child absolutely loved, playing on the carpet downstairs the whole time. The result was incredibly dirty feet, so I suspect the carpet has never been cleaned. This is definitely something to be aware of. As for breakfast, I'd suggest trying some local Shijiazhuang specialties instead, as the hotel's breakfast selection was very limited and there weren't enough tables.

Overall, it was great. The duplex unit is very spacious, perfect for a family of three. Both the facilities and service were excellent. There's a commercial complex right downstairs, which made dining very convenient. However, there were a few minor issues: the water pressure was a bit low, possibly due to being on a higher floor; the shower curb was a little short, causing water to splash out; and the ventilation around the kids' bed wasn't great, making it a bit stuffy. This is why I rated the facilities 4.5 stars.

There was a very dirty undergarment behind a cushion, indicating the room hadn't been cleaned. At least the sofa was definitely undisturbed, as this was on a cushion that people frequently sit on – it's incredibly filthy, and they didn't even bother to check. You can imagine how they swept the carpet and other areas. The hotel staff kept insisting the room had been disturbed, but if they had really cleaned thoroughly, where would this unmarked undergarment have come from?!
