The glass windows had not been cleaned at all and it was impossible to see clearly from the inside out. There is a lot of garbage between the outer window and the inner window that has not been cleaned. The towels, both bath towels and washcloths, were old, torn, and dark, so I didn't dare to take them. The bathroom was not cleaned, and toilet paper, bath towels, and purified water were not brought to us until we had dinner. The front desk has to check in and schedule massages, so there is no time to handle the guests' requests. Give a bad review. Hope it will improve in the future.
