第一房間沒暖氣，僅有空調。即是開着空調也透着陰冷，太讓人意外了，與宣傳不符。 第二沒熱水洗澡，晚上辦完事回到酒店發現居然沒有熱水，衹能將就洗個臉。 第三住宿期間衹給一張停車劵，進出兩次衹能自費交停車費。 第四衞生狀況一般設施陳舊，樓道有異味。 將就吧，啥也別説了。入住需考慮！

五一和家人自駕來玩兒，選擇了這家是因為好停車，但住下之後發現超出了預期，前台辦理入住的小姑娘服務很好，樸實熱情滿足訴求。步行不遠就有安家罩餅品嚐當地特色美食，吃完回來還有趙佗公園可以溜達，性價比不要太高喔。

在這家酒店連續入住的六天裏，我必須特別表揚前台小姐姐的服務態度，親切周到，令人倍感温暖。然而，衞生清潔方面卻令人非常失望。更換的床單不僅陳舊，甚至還出現了破洞，嚴重影響住宿體驗。更令人不解的是，下午三點左右，清潔人員仍在午休時間敲門後未等待迴應便直接進入房間，顯得十分冒昧。 退房後，我意外發現一份重要文件遺落在房間，返回尋找時，得知清潔人員已將文件抽出並隨意丟棄。面對詢問，其態度強硬、拒不承認，令人十分無奈。最終多虧前台小姐姐熱心協助，才艱難地從垃圾桶中找回文件。希望酒店能加強對清潔服務的管理與培訓，避免此類情況再次發生。
