I chose the InterContinental Hotel for my business trip to Shijiazhuang, and the service was absolutely excellent! They offer a distinctive concierge service. Lily called me in advance, and her warm, friendly voice helped me arrange my room. I requested a quiet, non-smoking room and had a very restful stay. This InterContinental hotel, located right next to Yuhua Wanda Plaza, was filled with a wonderful festive atmosphere. The room was spacious enough to move around freely, and the bathroom was clean with a great wet/dry separation. It offered excellent value for money. Our housekeeper, Lily, was incredibly attentive, checking in daily, responding to our needs promptly, and even leaving us small gifts 🎁. Our butler, Cindy, provided excellent service. She was incredibly responsive to all our requests and even proactively offered help, paying attention to every detail. Her service was definitely the most pleasant part of my business trip. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. As a thoughtful gesture, she even gave me some of the hotel's homemade cookies when I checked out. Next time I'm in Shijiazhuang, I'm definitely staying at the InterContinental Shijiazhuang Fuli again!

Staying here was such a pleasant surprise! The front desk proactively upgraded our room to a more spacious one with a scenic view. The room is amazing as well as service personnel who speak good English (which is not common in many hotels). Breakfast has a huge variety of food as well as western style.

We only stayed for 1 night but really enjoyed the experience. Due to the centralized heating system, our room was extremely hot and reached 29 degrees celsius even with the window open. We ended up calling the front desk at 4:30 a.m., and within 10 minutes, someone arrived with a large fan. She helped us set it up and adjust the temperature, and it quickly became comfortable enough for us to fall back asleep. Thank you for the quick assistance!
