Shijiazhuang People's Square Mercure Hotel

Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth, and the service was excellent – attentive and warm. The public areas were clean and bright, and the room was spotless, tidy, and comfortable. They even upgraded my room, which made me feel extra secure. I highly recommend it to everyone! The location is super convenient; the subway entrance is right outside to the left, and across the street is Beiguo Shopping Mall, which is great for shopping.

Great location! It's right opposite Beiguo Shopping Mall, with a subway station at the entrance and Chang'an Park nearby. Parking is convenient, breakfast is good, and the place is clean. The front desk staff are really welcoming and helpful. It's also not far from the Hebei Museum, which is a plus.

The location is great, right next to Chang'an Park and within walking distance of the Provincial Museum.

The room facilities were good and quite clean, but it was a bit noisy as it faced the street. The heating was too warm at night, which Southerners aren't used to, and the temperature couldn't be adjusted. The hotel breakfast is worth mentioning – it was very rich and had a good variety. There's also a late-night snack service, which I haven't tried yet. 🤭

Fantastic location! The subway and bus stops are right outside, and Beiguo Headquarters is directly across the street. The room was well soundproofed. Most importantly, the breakfast was absolutely amazing! Overall, a really nice stay.

Great stay! The hotel is quite grand and conveniently located right next to a subway station. It's super easy to get to the train station directly on subway line 2. The lobby environment is excellent, check-in was very fast, and the service was warm and polite. They patiently explained all the hotel facilities. Breakfast was also very good, with all the local Shijiazhuang specialties. The room was very clean, and I slept comfortably. The view from the window was beautiful. Highly recommend! (òωó)👍👍🌹🌹

This hotel offers incredible value for money! The environment, service, and facilities are all top-notch, and I'll definitely be back. For business travelers, this place is an absolute gem! The location is excellent, just a few steps from the subway station. The soundproofing in the rooms is great, so I don't have to worry about being disturbed even when working late into the night. Plus, there's a delicious and hearty breakfast in the morning to fuel up – truly a lifesaver for business trips!

This Mercure hotel is the worst out of all the Huazhu hotels I've stayed in. It's supposed to be a step above Ji Hotel and Orange Hotel, but the service is incredibly subpar. The staff are all incredibly cold – and I'm not talking about just a few, but everyone. They're unresponsive and have terrible attitudes. As a platinum member, I was told I couldn't use my benefits because it was a business booking. I stay at least 50 Huazhu hotels a year, and I've never heard of platinum benefits being denied for a business booking. I had booked for two nights, but after just one, I decisively checked out and moved to the Ji Hotel next door. They should go learn from them; Ji Hotel's service is miles better. They should just lose their star rating and give it to someone else!
