The hotel is great, convenient for getting anywhere. The room is spacious and bright, and they even provided welcome fruits. The only drawback is that the elevators can get a bit crowded; there are companies in the building, and only two elevators are operational.

The location is excellent with convenient transportation. The room decor is quite vintage and cozy, which I really liked. The service pays great attention to detail, even offering a small fruit plate to each guest. It truly lives up to its reputation as a professionally managed hotel brand. Highly recommended.

The service here is truly excellent, from housekeeping to the restaurant and the front desk – every staff member is incredibly warm and welcoming, making you feel right at home. They deliver fresh fruit every day, which, although a small gesture, is really thoughtful, unlike some hotels that only provide it on the first night. The mini-fridge is also restocked daily. The room itself is very clean, odor-free, and has good soundproofing, ensuring a quiet night's sleep.

The room was very clean and tidy, with a separate wet and dry area, and a smart toilet. The welcome fruit was fresh, and the staff were friendly, polite, and provided warm and thoughtful service. The facilities were complete, offering great value for money. I'm very satisfied.

He asked if I had driven, guided me to the elevator, and explained the differences between them. He deserves a raise! 2. The bed was quite comfortable. **Cons:** 1. The hotel is located in an office building, so you have to use public elevators, which leads to long waiting times. 2. There were small moths in the room. 3. The carpet in the elevator lobby needs cleaning. 4. The toilet was too smart; it flushed automatically, even in the middle of the night, which was quite startling. 5. I couldn't quite grasp the logic behind the size of the desk lamp near the window. **Major Disappointments:** Both towels had hair on them. **Overall:** For this price in 'International Village' (a nickname for Shijiazhuang), there are many other options available. The value for money isn't great, and overall, it was just an average experience.

Excellent Facilities: The room was clean and tidy, with comfortable bedding and good soundproofing. The bathroom was equipped with high-end toiletries and the shower had strong water pressure. Outstanding Dining: The breakfast offered a rich selection of both Chinese and Western dishes, including a live noodle station and local specialty snacks. Added Perks: Complimentary welcome fruit and late check-out service exceeded my expectations. The only downsides were the long wait times for elevators during peak hours and the less-than-ideal view from the room window. Overall, great value for money. I would recommend it to friends and consider staying again!
