Meals were not included. I arrived at the hotel after the front desk staff had left an envelope with the key in it for me, but it was a bit risky from a safety standpoint, but it was my fault for being late, so it was a very nice touch.

The air conditioning was terrible, there was no sense of cleanliness, and I was surprised at how different it was from the photos. I was surprised when I was told at check-in, "It's an old place, so you might have a bad experience."

It was the worst. It feels like it's on the verge of collapse. If breakfast is not served, the front desk will be unmanned at night. The person on the other end said, ``Please understand that this is an old hotel and may cause some discomfort to our guests.'' So I wanted to cancel. When I got the key and went to my room, it was unlocked and something was left at my feet. Obviously in the middle of cleaning. I want you to think about how I feel being forced to stay in such a place. I told the front desk, but they just took what was available. Only the obon fee was charged. There are no amenities for children even though I have reported them if they are dirty. I will never go to a place like this that cannot be called a hotel again. Don't take money at the shelter level.

It's a pretty standard business hotel. It's close to a 7-Eleven, which was nice. Parking fees were also cheap.

The location was good and very convenient. The front desk was clean and nice, and the staff were friendly, so I'd like to go again.

Facilities are lacking! one

I'm giving it 5 stars because it was the only place I could book at a low price when I was looking for a place to stay just before Golden Week. The room was small and the unit bath was old, so I could hear the neighbors and the TV didn't work, but there were no problems with cleanliness and it was comfortable. There were no vacancies in the underground parking lot, so I had to use a paid parking lot a little further away (about 300 yen per night). Conveniently located within walking distance of convenience stores and restaurants.

It's about a 3-minute walk from the station. The location is great, with a convenience store (Seven) and a supermarket about 3 minutes down the hill. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there are special measures for consecutive nights, but I think it's a good infection control measure. The basic necessities are provided, so it's very cost-effective for a stay without meals. However, I think the lighting is a little dim.

I had to cancel at the last minute, so I didn't actually stay there. I contacted the hotel directly and canceled, but Trip.com's cancellation process was halfway through and I didn't hear from them anymore, which was disappointing.
