We had an excellent stay at Vivanta Shillong, and our experience was truly memorable. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for. We are extremely grateful to all the staff for their warmth, kindness, and helpful nature. A special mention to Verdy, Mercy, Phiba, Chesil, Pratiksha, and Ambika — each one of them was incredibly sweet, attentive, and made our stay even more special. A very warm cozy hotel with super friendly staff. The breakfast is amazing. The spread is very good and changes every day ensuring you don't get bored. Special mention to the dosas whichare absolutely amazing , the bakes. Thank you chef bablu, rakesh, verdy who my son absolutely adored , and the ladies atthe reception who gave us great advice.
