The room was very spacious, but the amenities were just so-so. They didn't provide complimentary bottled water in the room. The lobby on the first floor was large and bright, offering free drinks and alcoholic beverages in the afternoon, with snacks available until 11 PM. The hot spring had both indoor and outdoor options, and there were free cold drinks until 9 PM. The hotel also provides a complimentary shuttle service to and from Ugata Station once an hour, no reservation needed.

The front desk staff had an extremely poor attitude. When asked questions, they were dismissive and seemed to look down on people. I hadn't pre-booked meals at this hotel because I had half-board reservations for two nights before and after in Mie Prefecture. Unexpectedly, it rained heavily, so I inquired about their restaurant's dining options. To my surprise, the staff member said booking a table for me was no problem, but the issue was with me, as he questioned whether I could afford the meal at ¥9,xxx. When I tried to ask more about the quality and type of food, he just vaguely replied, 'just like Chinese buffet,' seemingly completely unaware of what food their own restaurant served. The receptionist also constantly interrupted guests' conversations and lacked patience in listening and answering. Furthermore, the hotel doesn't provide a futon-laying service; guests are expected to lay their own tatami mats. Although, after requesting, a housekeeper was eventually sent up to lay one futon, they insisted that the other one had to be laid by the guest themselves. This kind of service is truly baffling. The hotel offered free drinks in the lobby until 11 PM, but it was extremely crowded, and understaffed. The tables, chairs, and floor were very dirty, with wasted food and drinks visible everywhere, and no one cleaning or tidying up. The hygiene issues were severe. Overall, it was a very bad experience, and I believe I will not be booking this hotel again in the future.

This hotel was a hit with the entire family! We were a large group of 12 – 8 adults and 4 toddlers – but even with small children, our stay was incredibly comfortable. The whole hotel had a family-friendly vibe, and since it was summer vacation, there were many other families like ours staying there. This made it really easy to relax and not worry about having little ones with us, which was a huge plus. Both dinner and breakfast were buffet style with a fantastic variety of dishes! The food was delicious, and everyone, from adults to kids, could find something they loved. There was also a pool, which the kids absolutely adored! We had a blast as a family just staying within the hotel premises. I highly recommend this hotel for large family trips or for those traveling with small children. We made so many wonderful family memories. We'd definitely love to stay here again! 😊

The breakfast area got very crowded, and it took a while to find a seat. By the time we finally started eating, our time was up, so we couldn't really enjoy it. Also, the bathroom, especially around the toilet, wasn't clean; there was still hair left, which was unpleasant.

It was great! The lobby smelled amazing. We even got to see fireworks from Spain Village, which we were planning to visit the next day, and we immediately jumped into the pool upon arrival. The food selection was incredibly varied and fun to choose from. One small thing: we had a Japanese-style room, and I was a bit surprised that we had to make our own futons.

The spacious parking was a big plus! The room was also very large and relaxing, and I was lucky to get one with a nice view. It was great that the lounge offered free alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, and snacks. The only downside was the limited hairdryer space in the women's changing room at the underground public bath, which led to some waiting.

This hotel offers a free shuttle service to/from Ugata Station. The rooms are comfortable and the service is warm and attentive! The breakfast spread is also extensive. I suggest the hotel post the specific station for the shuttle service on their website so guests know beforehand (we only found out which station to go to for the shuttle after emailing the hotel).
