Shimoda Jyuraku Hotel

The hotel has a history, so the rooms felt a bit dated. However, its excellent facilities and wide variety of dining options make it worth recommending. You might consider staying there again.

The seafood is excellent. The dried horse mackerel is delicious. The baths are not clean enough. I wish they would provide more amenities like table tennis and karaoke. I wish the reception process was smoother. I had to wait more than 30 minutes at the reception.

Dinner and breakfast were amazing! ◯ It was great that we could take a bath in the hot springs in the middle of the night!

As expected, it has a long history and the building is old. However, the location from the room offered a panoramic view of the sea, and the indoor baths were also well-maintained, making it an excellent choice. The food was a buffet, but the quality of everything from seafood and meat to Chinese food, desserts, and alcoholic beverages was excellent and very satisfying. Overall, the staff's customer service was excellent, making this an inn I would recommend for family trips.

The facilities are old, but kept clean. The meals are filled with seafood, so fish lovers will be satisfied.

The evening buffet was great.
