The owner was incredibly kind and friendly and gave me a brief rundown for my stay. I had a Japanese-style room and found it extremely authentic. The location was also absolutely ideal. For people with strollers or wheelchairs, you would need a car as it goes up a steep hill and then back down again. I can only recommend it and thank you very much for the lovely days there. I'd gladly come again 🙌🥰

I booked this place at the last minute, and everything turned out really well. At first, the owner wanted to charge me an additional fee for using the air conditioning, but after I explained that the listing didn’t mention any extra charges, he agreed that it was already included. He was very calm and easy to talk to, and he seemed like a really nice person. I found my room very cozy and homey, with a beautiful mountain view. What I loved most was how quiet it was at night. It was also just a 5–6 minute walk to Shirahama Beach, which was really convenient. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay!

Excellent service, comfortable and clean room with a private bathroom and shower. It's located in a very quiet area and just a 10-minute walk from the beach. Highly recommended.

The accommodation is ideally located on the Izu Peninsula, close to a beach and a convenience store (combini). The manager is very kind and welcoming. It offers excellent value for money. There are plenty of parking spaces, which is very convenient if you're exploring the peninsula by car. We highly recommend this place and would happily return!

The room was nice and great value for money. The owner was also very helpful. It was a little hard to find, but you can get there by following the map. There was also a room on the balcony with a view of the mountains, and below was the Shirahama coast – fantastic!
