Harsha The Fern Shivamogga, Series by Marriott

They didn't provide fridge, when asked about it, they told will provide in 5 min but didn't gave, i called 6-7 times till night, they didn't respond, they charged for drinking water bottles, didn't gave complementary, they charged double the price with taxes. No tissue, broken table, broken dustbin, broken chair, blankets are not clean smelly, not worth it. You won't get premium feel for what you are paying for... Won't recommend this to anyone...

The hotel is OK, I stayed in 3 Fern hotels on my trip, this was the best. The rooms are OK, a little bit more effort in cleaning the bathrooms would help. Breakfast was a complete waste of time. The coffee was undrinkable and very little options at the buffet. It was OK for the 2 nights, but thats it.

So impressed with the staff hospitality and very accommodating to what we need.

Good hotel at a reasonable price. The location is outside the city limits, but traffic is not heavy. Room service and restaurant prices are very high.

I selected Fern hotel as a brand where I can enjoy the games of WC football! It was byond my imagination that hotel of such repute didn't took the subscription! The pool stair was broken snd it was a safety hazard for which my wife skipped its usage during our stay!

The rooms were excellent and the food was truly enjoyable. The hotel has a great atmosphere with a very welcoming vibe.

Excellent rooms. Staff is very helpful specially Pragathi. Will surely recommend to my friends.

Visited Harsha The Fern recently and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The front desk service was not up to the expected standard, possibly due to inexperience. The breakfast spread and quality were also below expectations. Rooms, swimming pool, and other facilities need better cleanliness and maintenance. Considering it is a 4-star hotel, the overall experience did not feel like a true 4-star stay. Also located far away from City but not providing driver stay facility which is again a painful experience.

Rahul is the front office very roude to the customer . He don’t know how to behaviour is very harsh towards customer don’t all Shivamogga Harsha hotel
