There was a strange noise coming from the air conditioner and when I turned it off, I woke up feeling cold and couldn't sleep.
I often hear that the bathroom has poor drainage, but the sink had poor drainage.
Also, breakfast is free, so I can't complain, but it was my first morning there, and it's impossible for the meatballs and chicken nuggets to be cold, not hot.

予約後に1部屋キャンセルしましたが、手続きはネットでスムーズにできました。
部屋の広さや環境は快適でしたが、景観は期待できません。
駐車場担当の方と朝食時の係の方がとても親切で気持ちが良かったです。宿泊費は安価でしたが、価値ある対応だったと思います。その方々がいらっしゃるならまた宿泊したいです。

10年前には、東横インの会員で、良く利用していました。朝食付きも認識していましたが、
今回、朝食は、部屋で食べる事も可能と知り、
有り難いサービスだと思いしました。
駐車場については、満車で、近くのパーキングを利用しました。手出しで、1.100円でした。
駐車の割引サービスがあると助かります。
エレベーターの使用が頻繁で、1階から8階まで、外階段で上がりましたが、8階は、クローズされて、5階まで行くと、外階段から、中にはいれました。セキリィティの事もありますが、外階段から、入れるフロアを表示していただくと助かります。

立体駐車場に慣れていないので少し不便でしたが、駐車場係の方が非常に丁寧で気遣いが素晴らしいです。
フロントの方も必要な手続きを素早くさばいてくれるので、待ち時間が少なく助かります。
部屋は清潔で過ごしやすく、温度や湿度が好みでした。部屋にあった持ち帰り自由の雑誌は内容が面白く、いただいて帰ろうと思っていたのをうっかり忘れたのが心残りです。
朝食スペースは広くないですが、部屋で食べられるように容器が準備してあり、子どもが一緒でしたので逆に好都合でした。メニューはサラダ、お浸しや薩摩揚げ、ゆで*や鮭の塩焼き、ヨーグルト、味噌汁、スープ等品数も満足します。きのこのカレー風味のスープとメロンパンがとても美味しかったです。朝食準備の女性の方々の優しい挨拶が印象的でした。
夏休みのいい思い出ができました。ありがとうございました。

ホテル自体が小さいので本当の意味でビジネスホテルでしたが、狭いスペースをうまく工夫して利用者の困り感がないように考えられていました。無料の朝食はテイクアウトも可能な容器で提供され、コロナ禍での対応の延長なのかかもしれませんが通常でも便利で、利用者には有難いだろうなと感じました。
パーキング料金は700円に値上がりしており、満車の場合は近隣パーキングを紹介され、それぞれの料金を支払います。
