It was amazing, the customer service was top notch, the food was delicious, the snow removal was great, beds were comfy. I’m already planning on staying here again.

Experience was one of the best my entire vacation in Japan. Beautiful location on the lake. Bed was super comfortable. Take a bike ride around the lake. This place is highly recommended off the beaten path

The old hotel has been renovated and is now beautiful, and I felt that they have taken great care to make my stay comfortable. The staff were friendly and it was great.
However, I guess I'll have to put up with the shared toilet and bathroom!

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious.
There was no toilet or washroom in the room, but the bed was on the tatami mat and it was clean and comfortable.
The only disappoin**ent was that the facility introduction said there was a large public bath, which I was looking forward to after walking a lot and being tired, but there was no hot water in the bathtub, only a shower. The water was lukewarm and very cold.

建物自体は古いがリノベーションされている為とても快適に過ごすことができました。部屋も広く和室にベッドスタイルでとてもいい雰囲気でした。近場にレストランが少ないことだけがネックに感じましたが、何軒かはあるので選択肢は少ないながら食事はできます。なお、移動に車はマストなので長野駅周辺で車をレンタルする事をオススメします。
