The food was quite good and the place was clean. The location is pretty convenient, with parking available. It's centrally located for trips to Kamikochi and Hakuba, and also good for visiting the castle. Highly recommend this place!

Location is kind of bad, you have to take train to Matsumoto station or to Shiojiri. There isn't much around the hotel. But if you are okay with the location, the rest of the hotel is fine.

Hotel is clean and and has washing machine/dryer fot travellers to use! In house onsen for hotel stayers to use. Only downside is that the hotel is not very near to train stations!

I am pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The room was not too small and bathroom and toilet were separate. At reception I was greeted with a welcome drink and in the first floor there are microwaves and washing machines. Around the hotel are many eateries, shops and supermarkets. You can walk there. The breakfast was enough with quite a bit of choice. I think, the parking runs out fast. So arriving earlier is better.
