Cleanness of room was great but the rooms are getting a little run down. Service from staff was outstanding, they always willing to help and going beyond to help you even if u don’t speak Japanese. Fantastic building and design. Amazing architecture.

The view from the 8th floor was great. I was concerned about stains on the carpet and bald spots due to aging facilities. I don't like the fact that there are metal fittings without any paintings. The toilet paper is not folded in a triangle, and the hotel should do this as a sign of hospitality without being misled by various theories. The food was also delicious. However, it was unfortunate that the space behind the chairs was narrow and there was a lot of foot traffic, making it difficult to dine in peace. １０月の連休に2泊で利用しました。以前から一度は泊まりたいと思っていた川久に泊まりました。大浴場は大変広くリラックスできて旅の疲れが取れました。気になるのは王様のビュッフェを利用しましたが、換気が悪くステーキの焼く油のにおいがテーブルまで匂ってきました。人気のコーナーでは長い列ができて食べるころにはすっかり冷めてしまっていました。加えてコンシェルジュがフロントにしかいなくて広いロビーをけっこう歩いていく必要がありました。ホテルの貸自転車を利用して白浜を観光すことができました。いい思い出ができました。
