I had a great experience staying at this hotel! The view from our room was amazing and we particularly enjoyed the private onsen, which allowed us to unwind while watching the stunning sunset. It is also quite far from the JR station, and the only public transportation available is a 30-minute bus ride. Thank you for every wonderful staff who served for us during my stay. Especially Mr Rajesh from the restaurant. He is really kind person. Hotel is situated in the peak of Shirahama. The building and facilities is modern. When we arrived the hotel, they will escort you to take the welcome drink first in lounge then the the lady receptionist will explain the facilities and show you the way to room. The hot springs is really comfortable and facing the town. Room is average as we booked the standard room but they do have rooms with balcony. Highly recommend! The dinner meal is served Italian and taste is yummy with quality. Morning breakfast is extremely delicious compared to other resort hotel. They serve fresh sushi, fruit, juice…… and separate three different sessions to eat. In summer, swimming pool is open to use & gym room is available. When we leave the hotel, two gentlemen help us put the luggages inside the car and farewell us until our car totally away from hotel. Really enjoyable the stay and recommend who come to Shirahama.

Grandma has a little memory problems, but it doesn't seem to judge. She speaks and understands the speech. The second time when we left, it was hard for us to get apart, we thanked her and she even cried, wished a good road. Tochugi-san took us to the station by his car. We and my mother didn't have to pay for expensive taxi. Also plus. Nearby is Energie Land with pandas and many entertainment. In Syraham, it is not worth going to the sea in October because the water is cold, but we bought and swim with fish(there is a very huge underwater world and fish even with corals jumping out of the water) corals alive. There is also a wallpaper and a huge supermarket in Gurme City next to the hotel. Also a huge plus-bus stop where you can leave to other cities on the shuttle bas (the ticket is to be printed and arranged in Lawson by calling in advance)

I stayed in a twin room with a dog. The same room for pets seems to be limited to the annex, and there is no bath in the room and you can't see the view, but the amenities for pets were substantial. We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the beach. Its is a stand alone building on the main road close to a convenience store and has free parking. A few stalls are right right outside, so very convenient for lugging your belongings.It is also walking distances to a few restaurants and a public bath is close by. The staff Mr Lee greeted us and is very friendly and informative. Our room is located on the 2/F with a balcony. Reasonable spacious, comfortable twin bed and sheets with good size bath and a table for sitting and space to open up luggages. Its has double glass and to our surprise not noisy at all. We had one of the best night sleep in Wakayama. Price is very reasonable. The day we stayed I was not well and it was raining so missed the chance to swim in the famous Shirahama beach. Would definitely stay in the same place if I have the chance to return.
