Everything was better than expected when I checked in for the first time. The landlady was very nice and enthusiastic. Because it was my first time staying at a hotel in **************, I didn’t know that I had to photocopy my return card. I asked a lot of questions. The boss and the landlady patiently explained and didn’t find it troublesome for me. My son was also very helpful. A very well-behaved and clever little boy came over to help me immediately without bringing my room card. It will definitely be on my list of choices next time I have a chance to come back!
