My room had a large wet patch on the floor. No iron was available and none of the staff spoke English. There was a very aggressive crowd staying in the hotel and it’s was very loud with lots of shouting and door banging

Spacious and clean room. Love how they have fruit platters. A bit disappointed with the service tho. I have high standards with this hotel as I have been to this hotel several times. I love this hotel. There used to be a bellboy to open the car door and help me with my luggage. This time none. Didnt see anyone helping me during the 4 days i stayed. They dont serve tea to guests anymore. All these services were something that I like about this hotel. Now they dont have it. it was disappointing, but I guess i had to accept it since they changed the way they served the guests. Wifi is very unstable. Affecting my work greatly. Aside from that, all remain good.
