The hotel is located not far from Shizuoka Station. There’s a good, inexpensive izakaya right across from the hotel. Shizuoka is wonderful!

The hotel is not far from the JR station, about a 6-7 minute walk. It's a bit old and the rooms aren't very big, but the service is truly excellent. They basically accommodated all the requests I made when booking, and for anything they couldn't fully meet, they proactively informed me and asked if it was acceptable.

Excellent hotel with high standards in all areas. Friendly helpful staff who made me welcome. Comfortable bedroom cleaned daily with fresh towels. The set menu for breakfast was very good and the busy little ladies who served it were rather sweet and reminded me of my mother.

Right across from the hotel is a really popular izakaya. The hotel breakfast was quite good. However, the vending machine on the 6th floor was severely out of stock at night, so we had to go out to 7-Eleven to get what we needed.

It's just two blocks from Shizuoka Station South Exit, making it very easy to find. The twin room we booked was spacious enough. Breakfast offered both Japanese and Western styles, with generous portions and excellent taste. The staff were incredibly friendly and proactive, always greeting guests. They even lent us umbrellas when it rained. Two bottles of water were provided daily in the room, and a selection of other toiletries was also available.

This was the largest and most affordable hotel I stayed at in Japan. Overall, it was quite good, and I'd highly recommend it. My only complaint is that the room felt very dusty. In fact, I even ended up with a sore throat the very first day I returned home. 😭😭😭

The hotel turned off the air conditioning too early, maybe it is standard in Japan

Breakfast is as terrible …staff tried their best to convince kitchen staff….but they failed in serving proper vegetarian breakfast even after choosing food on their options…. Hotel staff excellent but kitchen department worst… Vegetarian don’t take breakfast.

The location is good and staff are nice. You’ll get a bottle of water each day during your stay.

The location is perfect for dining, shopping, and transportation. The staff were friendly, and the place was clean. The breakfast was delicious, especially the Japanese style!

This was a wonderful hotel with exceptionally attentive service. After my initial stay, I returned a few days later. They kindly held my luggage for me during that time, and upon my return, it had already been delivered to my room. Furthermore, they provided me with the same room again, demonstrating their thoughtful consideration, which I deeply appreciated. Also, when I had some time before my train home, they allowed me to rest at the front desk for a while. They provided incredibly courteous and warm service until the very end. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.
