Hotels near Yuishuku Tokaido Akari Museum, Shizuoka

The hotel is located near the Kamogawa River. The subway and train are very convenient. It is close to Kiyomizudera Temple, Chion-in Temple, and Maruyama Park. It is also very close to Hanamikoji Street. The hotel is very modern and clean.

A really remarkable hotel in the heart of Fuji City with well appointed and very spacious rooms and large bathrooms that gives excellent service at very fair prices. The hotel provides choice of break fasts either Japanese or Continental with a set menu in the coffee floor on the ground level. Excellent services. The price is just one third of or even less than that of Tokyo hotels. It is definitely a very good and affordable choice for travelers on vacation or on work.

We would have left a much better review, had we not been fleeced by the hotel in regards to parking. This is a good, basic hotel if you just need somewhere to sleep & bathe. It is newer and clean, and the rooms have all the necessary amenities despite their small size. There is a coin-operated laundry available (200yen for washers, 30yen for soap... dryers were always full, so we hung out clothes to dry in the bathroom). Breakfast is very basic... miso soup, rice, salad. It is next door to the station if you are traveling by shinkansen. We were charged for parking for our entire stay despite never using the lot. On the first day, we told them we would not be using the hotel lot as it was farther than we were told and there were safer and closer lots nearby for the same price (500yen/24hrs). The hotel refused to refund us the money they charged us for the parking we never used and did not want. We did speak with a supervisor and got nowhere. Based on this lack of customer service and fraudulent charging, we would not recommend others stay here. I have noticed this issue in other reviews as well.

It is located on National Highway No. 1 south of Shin-Fuji Station. This is a new hotel. There are many rooms, and you can see Mt. Fuji from the windows of the rooms. Breakfast was a free buffet and corona measures were in place. The room had a large sofa, table and bath. It was a very satisfying hotel.

We used 18 adults and children to participate in the tournament held in Shizuoka on January 4 and 5. Because it is still new, the whole hotel was very beautiful and everyone was satisfied. The parking lot was parked at the adjacent coin parking (with discount). We had a welcome drink (18:00 ～ 1 person 1 cup free) (^^) dinner was served at a restaurant called ”sakura” ｻﾝ (I made a reservation in advance) about 3 minutes walk from the hotel. The tavern and convenience store were about 3 minutes walk, and the location was very good! In total, the cospa is the best without complaint !! I would like to use it when I go to Shizuoka again. The biggest feature of this hotel is that it is very close to the train, less than a minute's walk from the north exit of Shizuoka Station. The hotel's lobby layout and breakfast are also very Japanese. The room we stayed in was a corner double room, and we could see Mount Fuji on a clear day. The only thing I'm a little unhappy about is that I booked two months in advance. Not only was there no discount, but during the two days I checked in, the room price on that day was cheaper than what I booked.

The large communal bath before the renovation was reserved. Turn the bills over during common use ～. When I stayed for the first time in several years because of the renewal this time, the usage time was only two hours in the morning and night by the men and women replacement system. This cannot be used unless the time is adjusted, and it is small even if it is a large communal bath. There were only two locker keys. By the way, I used it after 18:00, but I'm already using it alone. At most, there are about 3 people, so take a bath while paying attention. However, I was able to relax a little after one came out, so I think it was better than taking a room bath. I ate the breakfast buffet for the first time, but it was renovated and beautiful, and I think the price was good for 700 yen, but the chair is a stool on a counter table like McDonald's, so it's good for a light meal. But it's not like enjoying the buffet slowly. Also, I was happy that there was a homemade pudding made in a small bottle, but I couldn't eat all the bottom because there was no small spoon for dessert (laughs). The set may be better. Also, it is a negative point for me that the windows in the room are not open. In conclusion, although the room rate is cheap, is it a large communal bath of the population hot spring? With! ?? There is a drink service and there is no discomfort in the hotel itself, so I don't think the overall evaluation is bad, but it is still a difficulty that it is quite far from the station. Since Ichiou is a population hot spring, I felt that the satisfaction would be better if I paid 500 yen per person for 45 minutes by charter reservation system (in that case, I would like to have a morning at a nice cafe in Hitoshuku Town even if it is far away, so stay again I want to do it.

The blinds were broken, and when I first entered the room, they were slightly visible from the outside. I fixed it by hand and it was about the same as in the photo, but I think it would be better if they repaired it. This is 408. I parked in a nearby affiliated parking lot, and the parking staff told me that I would pay at the hotel, so I thought I would pay at check-out, but it seems that there was some procedure at check-in? It didn't really make it cheaper for the guests, and it was just a hassle, so I think they should improve their collaboration with affiliated companies and the staff's operations a little more. I made a reservation without meals, but the price of breakfast was +500 yen on the app, so I thought I would ask for it, but the paper I received at check-in said 1000 yen or 800 yen. I wondered how much it was in the end? ? So I didn't use it. However, since it was new, the overall impression was stylish and clean. It was inconvenient to eat while looking at the monitor, but it was stylish, so it was OK. In addition to the electric kettle in the room, the drink bar was also good. There was a microwave, although it was shared. The location is convenient and the price is good, I would use it again.

I didn't chose the hotel but I loved it. Location was great, very convenient for the station, room was fine, front desk staff were kind and thoughtful. Enjoyed a better than average breakfast, included in the room rate. The whole experience was much more ”boutique” than ”chain” hotel. But the real glory of the place is the privileged access to the former daimyo's garden next door. Each morning at breakfast, the waitstaff encouraged me to step outside into the garden. On the third morning, I finally did it. What a lovely place! Japanese aesthetics at their best. And I had it all to myself. Would have been worth staying here just for the garden, but like I said, the hotel was good, too.

The staff were kind and courteous. The meal will be at a Vietnamese restaurant, so It may be better if you are used to eating it. There is a convenience store and a set meal restaurant nearby. thank you for helping me. thank you very much.
