It was my first time in a Hilton, and I have to say I was very disappointed. My room wasn't ready, despite having made a reservation in advance, I was asked if I really needed a disabled room. They then tried to give me a room with two queens, when I was on a trip with my partner. I couldn't find a cart for my luggage and only one of four employees was willing to help. The room was clean, but nothing special.
