It even uses adorable voice prompts to notify you of the delivery – combining high-tech innovation with incredible convenience. What was even more impressive were the efficiency and attitude of the service team. Whether I needed more bottled water, toiletries, or any other items, a call to the front desk always resulted in a prompt response, and the items would arrive quickly, with no waiting around. The front desk staff were consistently warm and patient, ensuring a smooth check-in process and proactively answering any questions, which made me feel genuinely well-cared for and appreciated. From the smart and convenient robot service to the efficient and thoughtful human responses, the attention to detail in this hotel's service was exceptional. I had a wonderfully comfortable stay and highly recommend it!"
