Very great Hotel with Pool and good breakfast and balcony..

There were bed bugs on my bed and pillows! It is not acceptable. The staffs are nice to help me change the room. But such thing should not happen at the first place. The location and amenities are good. The breakfast is also ok.

No body lotion and every woman wants lotion after she showers. The room had a lovely little balcony, too bad it didn’t have two chairs so we could sit out there and have a glass of wine. The room was quiet, the bed was comfortable. We appreciate the kettle, but would like a proper cup for our morning tea, the cappuccino cup was crazy small

Great room and in good condition. Worth the mention: - Swimming pool is nice and warm (it was quiet at the night) - Hotel is not in close proximity to the town centre (20 mins walk) in which its fine when the weather is ok. The hotel is ranked 4 stars and it felt like it. Unlike many hotels in Romania were is clasaified as 4 stars yet it would feel below that.

Stayed one night with our tour group . Spacious lobby. Location far from city center , on the quiet side of the neighborhood. Room was spacious, modern, functional. With smart TV streaming and additional port for charging. Can’t find the pool and gym. But breakfast had enticing selection for buffet.

The hotel is very clean and located in a quiet part of the city. The rooms are spacious and with large balconies. The staff is very profesional and check-in was fast. Breakfast is limited to a few varieties but it was fresh They also have a swimming pool and the water was at a good temperatura

I was for few days at a conference with my colleagues. I loved this hotel, everything was amazing- clean rooms, nice people, but most of all I enjoyed the good food especially the food-- many say that it's much better food this year (the ones who visited last year), and especially was a waiter Sebastian who was always so kind and polite and smiling. what made it even more special, I was amazed how fast and delicious they cooked for me a special lactose free meal, since I am lactose intolerant. When I come again to Sibiu, I will choose Mercure Arsenal for sure. Angela

Very cheap hotel terrible restaurant, no service for nothing, there isn't even a battle of water in the room. Basic and limited room, they made it together with ibis hotel so the feeling is cheap. Horrible restaurant really bad food twice I didn't finish almost anything in the plate and nobody even asked why. It was a terrible choice and the location is next to a hospital even more depressing.
