Otel Hotel Suite

I have been staying at this hotel for the past two years because I enjoy its ambience and location compared to other hotels in Sibu. I would describe it as one of the newer hotels in the area, and it has generally been well maintained. However, during my visits over the past six months, I have noticed several issues that require attention from the management. For example, the hair dryer was not functioning, the shower gel and shampoo dispensers were either not properly refilled or not working, and the balcony was not cleaned thoroughly. While these are not major issues individually, if they are not addressed promptly, they may eventually affect the hotel's reputation and guest satisfaction. At the moment, I would rate the hotel 3 out of 5 stars. Nevertheless, I will continue staying here because of its convenience and overall comfort, unless I find a better alternative in Sibu. I sincerely hope to see improvements in the near future. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with any requests. The hotel's location was very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. The breakfast offered a good variety of delicious options, and the overall facilities were well maintained. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent hospitality. Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel suite. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The facilities were good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, although the hotel is located near the roadside, so some traffic noise can be heard, especially during busy hours. Improving soundproofing would make the stay even more comfortable. Overall, it was still a good experience,

The room is clean, the bed is nice, good location, the only downside is it doesnt have breakfast, but we can go find nearby places

The room is clean, bright and just nice, location is near to the town and next to the super market, pharmacy, food court, cafe shops, restaurants… Minus point is internet is bad, I can’t use hotel wifi, TV can’t connect to hotel wifi and personal hotspot. Sound proof is normal, recommend to book a room far from lift.

Great location, spacious rooms and very affordable price for the room

Big room with bathtub and balcony. The balcony area not clean. Very dusty and got bird poops. No fridge inside the room.
