Horrible experience. I do not recommend it to anyone!
We booked a room in advance, paid 100% of the cost, received confirmation - everything is official. Upon arrival, it turned out that our room was not available, and we were simply presented with a fait accompli: "there are no vacancies, we will accommodate you in what is left." And this is with full prepayment! No apologies, no compensation - just an impudent attitude, as if it was our fault. The reception is a complete mess, the staff is openly rude, they do not take any responsibility for their mistakes. It seems that the rooms are resold several times, counting on the fact that some of the guests will not come. And if you come - your problems. This is a scam, not hotel service. I categorically do not recommend this place. Save your money and nerves - stay away from this "hotel".

Great location, great hotel and nice staff. Good pools and separate adult only one. Bars were never busy and drinks were mainly premium spirits at no extra charge. Irish bar open till 8am but didn’t have Guiness which was weird bit no big deal. Souvenir/snack / essentials shop and one also selling fakes. Don’t watch any of the entertainment but different shows and themes each night. Rooms very nice and kept clean, place was spotless. Loads of subbeds as well. Only slight negative was that the food wasn’t always as hot as could have been…. Loads of selection and well presented but sometimes seems like it could have been rotated to keep it hot but was still nice. The Al a carte restaurants were nice and you didn’t have to book- a tex mex, Italian, Turkish and Asian ones but we only had the tex mex which was dead nice. Loads of slides to go on too. Didn’t go tot he beach but they had a shuttle bus going every 15 mins.Definitely recommend for families of all ages and also adults/couples.

I was really sceptical after reading the latest reviews but have really enjoyed our stay. We arrived the day the hotel re opened for the season. The shops in the hotel are really good and reasonably priced, the pool is amazing my 3 boys loved the outside slides pool and inside pool. Staff really friendly hotel is lovely and clean. Only gripe we have is the cocktails were a little bit tasteless so just stuck to spirits etc and they were all good and main brands in the Irish bar. Also the food in the main restaurant could probably do with more versatility in food choices as it became a little monotonous after the 2 weeks we have been here. Food round the pool really good also loved the entertainment we had a Vegas evening last night with a dj set etc which was a great setup. The area is perfect shops etc outside and then you can jump on the bus that takes you into side old town in 10 mins for 30 tl so really reasonable. Overall very happy with our stay.

This hotel has been our go-to holiday destination for years, and every time we come back, it feels like home. The Guest Relations team is absolutely amazing – always attentive, friendly, and ready to help with anything we need. Their professionalism and warm attitude make a big difference in our stay. The bar service is also fantastic – the drinks are always well-prepared and the bartenders are so kind and cheerful. We always look forward to relaxing at the bar in the evenings. Thank you for always making our holiday special. Can’t wait to come back again!

Just for yourself by looking at the pictures taken during my stay in the hotel. I paid for side seaview view and was given a view of car parking with trees. I complained before the room change was made. However, a day had already been wasted. My kids liked the water park but I was very dissatisfied with the pool area as it was left dirty and until the following day. There were times when I had to clean my area and complained about the dirt still left behind from previous day well into the late morning. Lifeguards don't pay attention but rather chatting to locals and on their phones.

I have very great time in this hotel.cleaning and services , taste very good they helped me about my anniversary celebration and great thanks to guest relations merve and his manager onur also our loveholidays guide sevkan is very kind and helpful thanks too her. Our rooms prepared for the anniversary who make it demet thank you also her.
