It is not nice at all, there is no entertainment, the rooms are like a hostel, I recommend it, the food is very limited, it is not worth your money, there is no agua park, there is no hygiene, I do not think of coming here, I would never pay 2-3 thousand TL, it is better, spend your time in a hotel.

We called two days before our departure. They asked for a deposit of 1,500 TL for the reservation. We sent it. We left Ankara at 12 at night and arrived at 6 in the morning. There was no one at the hotel. The reception was locked. There was only one man watering the garden. There is no provision for that either. The reception was supposed to open at 8, if the room was available. We were left outside with our children, as if they were going to pick us up if it was empty. Even though we made a reservation, they disgraced us. What's the matter, it is closed at night, it opens at 8 in the morning. We couldn't get our money back. Everyone is a liar, this guy is a real scammer, don't believe him. They say you can profit from any loss. If it's the outside, I can't imagine the inside.. How many hours have we traveled, let's ask for confirmation, we stayed outside, do we believe that we were defrauded? May God deal with you as soon as He knows. You don't need to work, just defraud people like that, you will get rich, insult people, friends. You will be disgraced..

We checked into the hotel on July 25th as a family of 5. When you think of a hotel, what comes to your mind is to be greeted at the reception at the entrance, but the windows of the reception are broken and ruined and there is no one to talk to. We were left with our luggage. Thank God, they gave us 2 rooms because we had 2 small children. When we left for the first one, they said they would give cribs to the babies. Secondly, the food was terrible, the plates in the kitchen were filthy, the glasses in the bar were filthy, we went because the all-inclusive concept was very good, they did not provide cola for 1.5 days, you cannot find anyone to contact you, the rooms are very dirty, there is not a single thing in the bathrooms, no hair dryer, no towels. It's not a hotel under the name of a hotel, they said drinks are free until 22.00, I went at 21.50, they didn't give it to me because they closed, they did it for money, they say there are activities for children all day long, we didn't see anything, we stayed for 1 week, a belly dancer came for 2 days, and there was a group dance, and if you try to say anything, they immediately scold me. We had to leave the hotel 2 days early due to a terrible job. My wife came to pick us up. Everyone walks in waving their hands, no one asks who you are, where you came from, and you have no security. Never, ever pass by it..IT IS A BUSINESS THAT I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND**

Very nice hotel, bidet price is affordable, everything is available, I recommend it to everyone, very good staff in cleaning, always friendly, please advise, The food is very good, everything is my advice to everyone
